Cons:PRICE LINE did not honor the contract. They stated that the pick up was at the airport location. However, when I showed up at the airport they said I had to go elsewhere, The phone customer service at ENTERPRISE was very poor. They said they take no responsibility and blamed it on PRICELINE. PRICE LINE reported that they were sorry that they lied, but refused to make it right.Reviewed Nov 26 2016

They didn't actually pick me up, and the car had mechanical problemsCons:they couldn't arrange a pickup within a few hours of when i needed to be there, for which they reimbursed a ride from lyft. the tire pressue sensors where broken on the car and it squealed loudly whenever i turned left. it was dented and not very clean on the inside.Reviewed Oct 23 2017
