The ease of extending the drop off time by 4 hours was greatly appreciated. That no extra fee was added was a great gesture. Pick up at the beginning took longer than it should have. I miss the Gold Club days.Reviewed Aug 26 2025

I didn't end up getting my car. I waited in line for over an hour, saw them check out less than 10 people, and was then told they didn't have cars available for anyone except the people that had reserved a minivan. I ended up canceling my reservation and booking a car with Enterprise the next day. If at all possible, I'll never use Hertz again.Reviewed Jul 8 2024

The pickup process was simple, but the drop off location had been temporarily closed without any notification. Because of this, I had to return my car to a different location and call for about an hour to be retroactively reimbursed, a really annoying process.Reviewed Dec 22 2021
