This was a miserable experience where the reservation made has not honored by Enterprise Rent-a-car Buffalo airport desk agent or manager. Although booked correctly on your site they decided to tell me not vehicles were available while I had seen multiple vehicles in the parking lot waiting for pick-up.Reviewed Feb 20 2025

Kayak’s link to Enterprise was a DEAD END - not once but 3 times. Enterprise did not have the cars Kayak indicated they had. It cost me hours to sort out including an extra 4-hour round trip to Buffalo to get the vehicle we needed through other dealers. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH KAYAK - ENTERPRISEReviewed Nov 21 2023
