Their customer service staff are very rude when I called. All I wanted to do was extend the rental but unfortunately they didn't understand enough English to understand what I was asking them. And became extremely rude when I asked if there's someone else I can speak to. I will not be renting with Hertz again and will be taking to social media to voice my concerns.Reviewed Mar 16 2025

Absolutely horrible - poor service do not recommend. Booked a mid size/regular car on Monday afternoon to pick up on Thursday, arrived for my scheduled appointment and after waiting for 50 minutes they had no vehicle options available (no cars except for totally electric, no offered upgrades, nothing). Short hair lady was totally absolutely rude, manager sitting right next to her was no help, and then at 5:00pm (website hours say location is open until 6:00pm) was on the phone with customer service when they kicked me out of the building. Apparently I gave her the wrong look so she said “yea rollin your eyes now you definitely ain’t gettin a car”… Was leaving in the morning for a business trip and had to take a personal vehicle, threw a wrench in my whole trip schedule. They DO NOT CARE about customer service would suggest another location.Reviewed Mar 12 2025

It took over an hour to get to the desk. There were two people working on a Friday at noon. When I finally did get to the counter the car I reserved was not there as budget had no more cars available at the location. So the car that I reserved the night before wasn’t there. When asked why get a reservation if it doesn’t grantee a car I got an attitude and no answer. After trying to find another rental car with a different company I was forced to take a 80 dollar uber ride to my destination. While waiting on my uber ride there was the budget associate smoking a cigarette while the line was still ridiculously long. Always used Budget in the past and it was my go too for rentals. Unfortunately after this experience and extreme disappointment in the reservation not holding my car I will not rent from budget again.Reviewed Mar 12 2025

The pick up is awful! Could not find the place to pick up and no one knew where to find Hertz in the Hotel. There was only one sign and then there was only one guy working and they just hand you keys and tell you where to go find the car. My car had trash in it and was obviously interior not wiped down , black smudges all over from previous user.Reviewed Mar 11 2025
