Great office
Pros: Helpful staff. Benjamin was awesome. Auburn ma location.
Cons: Intermittent wipers did not work well at all. Otherwise, great SUV. comfortable ride, v8 engine powerful p hills with lots o people and cargo.

Cons: I needed to cancel my reservation two weeks before the rental date and they charged me a $50 cancellation fee! Total bullshit! I will never use hertz or kayak again.

Pros: car was clean and was available on time, the Clark was very helpful.
Cons: your were advertising for Toyota SUV but delivered a cheap Hyundai. More significantly, I rented the car in good faith for 16 days (4/29 to 4/14), but because of changed circumstances beyond my control due to a family emergency I had returned it after only 5 days. I was appalled to learn that because it was booked and paid for on line (is there other ways of renting cars these days!!!) I was deprived a legitimate reimbursement for the 11 day early return of the vehicle. I have been renting with HERTZ. for 5 decades and am truly disappointment - shame on you HERTZ!! Pros: The first car offered was not very comfortable and they agent kindly helped us get another one that met all expectations.
