Pros:There was no car for me which I had already paid for and the service was very bad.Cons:They had no car for me which I paid for and I got in a very situation because of them. Very bad and never going to rent from ever again.Reviewed Sep 29 2020

Pros:The lady at Auburn was very professional and helpful in getting us our vehicle. The Impala was just awesome. We drove over 4000 miles in 10 days. The car performance was excellent. And we traveled in great comfort. The staff at SAN were professional and thorough. All in all, this was a great experience with HertzReviewed Jan 6 2020

Good price for a decent carPros:The car was clean and the price was very fairCons:We left something in the car and due to weather we could not get in touch with anybody until 36 hours later. Not necessarily Hertz fault but was nerve racking. It would have been nice if the store manager could be reached through the main number for some reassurance.Reviewed Jan 9 2018

Way overcharged thanks to Kayak reservation system...Pros:Staff at chosen location was friendly & pleasant.Cons:Prepaid for 2 day rental on Kayak, but ended up only needing it for one day. However, the charge wasn't adjusted whatsoever, meaning I paid literally twice as much as I should have. ($112 for ONE day?!) What's more, the employees I dealt with at pickup/drop-off had NO answers or ways to fix it. Due to this ridiculous error, I will not be using (nor recommending) Kayak again in the future.Reviewed Nov 7 2017
