The lady at Auburn was very professional and helpful in getting us our vehicle. The Impala was just awesome. We drove over 4000 miles in 10 days. The car performance was excellent. your were advertising for Toyota SUV but delivered a cheap Hyundai. More significantly, I rented the car in good faith for 16 days (4/29 to 4/14), but because of changed circumstances beyond my control due to a family emergency I had returned it after only 5 days. I was appalled to learn that because it was booked and paid for on line (is there other ways of renting cars these days!!!) I was deprived a legitimate reimbursement for the 11 day early return of the vehicle. I have been renting with HERTZ. for 5 decades and am truly disappointment - shame on you HERTZ!! The online hours listed for Budget Car Rental say it is open until 7 pm. However, when I arrived at 4 pm, there were no employees there. I waited for an hour, but no one showed up. I called the location, & it said "all of our employees are busy" - the store hours are a lie.8,4 Very Good

The agent’s attitude when I mentioned that I was expecting a discount for returning the vehicle with more gasoline then when I picked it up. He immediately said that was not possible; even though, I was told differently by a Budget representative when I called the company’s customer service line earlier in the day. He also did not seem interested in my concerns regarding the cleanliness of the vehicle I noticed shortly after picking up the vehicle.2,0 Poor

The car given to me had very bad brakes and I was unable to drive the car. I took it back the next morning and they refused to give me a full refund for the car. It wasn't even the car I had intended to rent! The service was horrible at the counter and they didn't even have the car I wanted to rent. The customer sevice with Budget has been awful. I am still fighting to get my refund for the one day I did not even drive the car!!!9,2 Wonderful
