Pros: The staff was very friendly and warm.
Cons: The last night of our stay was horrible. The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable and was unable to get any sleep. The parking gates did not work properly and had to wait 10 minutes or more for someone to let us out of the parking lot.

Pros: Clean and close to airport
Cons: I reserved a room with 2 beds. First room had only 1, back to desk, new room, sign with room numbers did not list the room ( was 466 and numbers went to 464) back down to desk, given info that room did exist around the corner from the elevator. Finally!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely king room
Cons: Nothing
9,4 Excellent
Pros: - The airport shuttle is 24/7 and runs on at the :00 and :30 mark from the hotel. - My hotel room had a very comfortable king-size bed. - The room was very clean and spacious - Free WiFi if you're a Hilton HHonors member, and you can upgrade it with a paid service, but that wasn't necessary for me; I have NEVER paid for WiFi at a Hilton. - Comfortable desk chair and a regular chair - Plugs and USB ports everywhere - I found them on each nightstand so you had access no matter which side of the bed you were on; there was another on the desk. Loved the ones by the bed. - The bathroom was clean and had room to move. - The staff at the time I arrived was very polite. - My shuttle driver was quite nice considering I left for the airport at 2:30 AM! - Decent range of TV channels.
Cons: - I wanted a salad for dinner as I had been eating pretty good for 11 days (4 days in NOLA and then a 7-day cruise). In the in-room menu, one was priced for $9.99. I called and told them I would walk down in about 5 minutes to pick it up, in order to avoid the room delivery charge, gratuity and whatever else is attached to the room service. I was still charged $15.00 so I guess regardless of how you get it, you get charged the full room service price. Had I not been so hungry I wouldn't have bothered. There IS an area on the first floor which contains snacks, soft drinks, beers, and what appeared to be sandwiches. Maybe I would have done better there. Lesson learned. - I'm not sure if they have this or not as I didn't see it mentioned on the TV programming guide, but I wish Hilton had what I've seen in the Marriott system - being able to watch your own streaming services in addition to the cable/satellite offered. You plug in your info, and on check out the info is deleted. I've used it at both Marriott and Springhill Suites with no issues; I'd love to see Hilton do this as well. (And if they do, it needs to be more widespread).
1,0 Poor
Pros: They charge for wifi, which hotel does that anymore? Electricity outage and not a generator for elevators, no coffee...staff could care less. All could have been better with a staff that carried a smile.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Miss lala and Tiffany were great at helping us with all our needs . The security guard for morning shift was super supportive and understanding .
Cons: When we first got into our room a random stranger tried to unlock our room and get in . He had a blue hoodie on and it freaked me out .
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great to airport at old one. Especially with a early flight.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and personnel
Cons: Chargeable wifi service
6,0 Good
Pros: Hot water in the bathroom was not hot enough, first a few minutes was fine but gradually getting cold.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Hallways cold. Had to pay for parking.
7,4 Good
Cons: It is very disappointing when you call ahead, let them know you'll be really late, but they go ahead and audit their overnights so you can't check in for about 30 minutes in the middle of the night anyways--the *very* reason you called in the first place to confirm your stay.
5,0 Okay
Pros: proximity to needs
Cons: no

Pros: Location
Cons: Loud, walls are paper thin. Staff no knowledge
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The girl who checked us in was very sweet. It was quick and easy, I used booking.com. She offered us a free drink. The rooms were VERY clean the housekeeper who cleaned our room while we were there was great as well. The food at the hotel restaurant is spendy but so worth it! I've rarely had food that tastes so good, I didn't want to stop eating it. I've never been picky about beds, as long as they're clean, I'm good. But I will say, I believe the beds were comfortable and they we're also clean, which was all I was concerned about.
Cons: Our second day, I woke up to no power, but that was not the hotel's fault. So no blame there. It happens. Also, we planned on being out and about all day anyway so it really didn't affect our plans. I don't have any complaints about the hotel itself.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nope! It was perfect
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I’m a diamond member so I travel with Hilton a lot. I have never seen a hotel staff, from the front desk to the waiter at breakfast, be so friendly. This property was amazing, the staff was top notch and the breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Allow free parking versus paying for it. The hotel has plenty of parking right there and there is no need to pay for parking.

Pros: Beds were decent. That’s about it.
Cons: Extremely rude staff and service. Wrote a letter to general manager but no response either. Staff at front desk lied to my face on basic questions. Too busy on their phones doing personal stuff. Jessica and Lavina were at front desk. Horrible attitudes from both of them. I was overcharged and shuttle service takes 1 hour from time you request it! Waste of time.
1,0 Poor
Cons: We were in bed when two people walked into our room because the front desk had given them a key to our room. We couldn’t eat breakfast because the staff couldn’t break a $100 bill. There was not a lobby to purchase things like Tylenol and water. The lady at the desk was on her phone with headphones in not paying attention.

4,0 Okay
Pros: Hotel was basic but clean, and very close to the airport, which is the whole point of this hotel.
Cons: Hotel was disastrously understaffed. The hotel shuttle driver was working the front desk, so it took forever to get picked up. The crib we requested wasn't in the room when we arrived, and it took a long time for the desk attendant/shuttle driver to bring it to us. I also overheard the staff complaining about guests while I was in the lobby.

Cons: They charge a $50.00 deposit to your card and state it will be refunded in about 3 days. Anyone who uses a debit card would be out that money until they refund it.

Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: I will never stay here again. From midnight until after 3:00 am there was a party or something going on with people screaming and fighting. 3 hours and noone intervened or quieted them. Felt unsafe.

4,0 Okay
Pros: The easy check in.
Cons: Although I chosen a smoking room the bed covers and mattress had cigarettes holes in it. And the room stunk not of cigarettes. I had to get air freshener from my car. You can actually feel the springs in the mattress when laying down... ouch
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: This hotel is way too overpriced, much better deals around Kenner but we had already booked through booking.com and were stuck with our reservation. Nobody bothers to clean the filthy elevator and the rubbish strewn corridors. The hotel cuts corners everywhere. The rooms are shabby. Breakfast is less than basic, the coffee is brown water and you have to ask for everything, I wonder how this facility can survive the fierce hotel competition that exists in USA. Please do not go there and look for a better deal elsewhere.

Cons: Staff is RUDE! Manager is completely UNPROFESSIONAL. The lobby was dirty. I can only imagine how bad the rooms must be! I wouldn't let a wild pack of dogs stay here.

Cons: I hate when the electricity went pout the hotel did not have a generator. My friends and I had to take cold showers and couldn't return to our rooms until after 6pm.

Pros: Nothing, White stains on the bed skirting, holes in the couch and chair. I checked out within an hour after we took pictures of the room. It smelled of chemicals, Desk clerk told me they all smelled that way and refused to give me a receipt when I left.
Cons: I came in as a late arrival we checked in. I walked in to a smell of chemicals. I went to the front desk. I told him the room smelled like chemicals. He stated they just painted. They might have painted the walls but the ceiling had paint peeling. I asked
