Cons (-) I booked for 9 days and only stayed 4 as my job ended sooner than expected. The hotel would not refund my unused days because it was booked 3rd party. You should fix that problem as I am out $900.00 and nobody seems to know how to get it back to me.

Pros (+) Loved everything about it. Very clean, staff and manager were great. Enjoyed the hot breakfasts. Pool was warm. Great value!

Pros (+) We would certainly recommend this hotel to friends. Everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable. We had arrived way before check in time after being on a cruise. We were offered a secure place to store our luggage, they made sure our rooms were the first ones cleaned. We certainly appreciated that more than anyone knows. Drinks and snacks were offered too.
