Cons: When I arrived at the hotel showing the staff booking page I've booked, which was in English. They just showed me the way to the railway station. They don't understand anything except Chinese. The way they reacted was also terrible.

Pros: The room was newly decorated and very clean, very comfortable bed, new and clean bed linen and towels, the bottle of water every day, they gave us a tea bag when we arrived which was great as we were traveling in Harbin in January and it was great to be able to drink tea after we arrived. The room facilities were really good value.

Cons: The bathroom had smoking smell, but we turned in ventilation every time we came in and it helped to get rid of the smell. The most annoying thing about my visit was constant renovation going on in the hotel and next to my room! We arrived late at night and we had to wake up early, because the renovation started in the room next to ours. It continued up to 11 o’clock. When I asked the receptionist how long this renovation was going to be, they assured me it stopped that day. But the next morning it started again in the opposite room and then again and again. Even on January, 1 they started it at 8.30! I think the hotel staff should consider telling about such things on booking.com or before checking in or offer the rooms on the floors where renovation has finished. I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and never was able to get enough sleep!

Pros: It was classified as a 2 star hotel should be at least a 3 star hotel. Best bed I have slept in for a while. My partner said it was the best coffee she has had in China.

Cons: A little difficult to find go inside a building find the hotel lift and up to the 20 something floor to reception. I had to ask a few people where the hotel was.

Pros: I liked the room

Cons: The cleaners did not clean our room and we had to complain before they could do so.

Cons: Staff is not helpful on travel related questions eg laundry, attractions etc. The signage is not clear enough for taxi driver.

Cons: Bfast must catch up with other main citys hotels in shanghai, hangzhou , shenzhen .

Pros: Great location (shopping and HIT). Friendly staff and very nice breakfast with choices of western and Chinese food.

Cons: A bit dated (decor and facilities). The room.could have been cleaner as I had to remove a lot of black hair from the bathtub and bathroom floor when I arrived. The electric plugs had issues.

Pros: You have a shopping mall and a subway station nearby (博物馆站). Also if you want to visit tourist places such as the Harbin Great Ice and Snow World or the Cathedral of Santa Sofia, there is a bus stop (bus No. 47 goes to those places). The room is very large and the hotel facilities are good. A great view of the city from our window (28th floor).

Cons: The decoration of the room and other details make it looks old.

Cons: No nonsmoking rooms. It was written that first night would be charged using the given credit card and it was not.

Pros: Location is ok, close to subway., many shops in walking distance, but you will hardly find a good restaurant close by.

Cons: The hotel itself is very old. It was built in late 90s. And hardly was renovated since than. Facilities are old, furniture is not the best for the value. Do not recommend to eat at local Chinese restaurant: not fair price, staff doesnt pay any attention on you, food is satisfactory but you can find way better offers in local restaurants in neighborhood. Hardly ever come back to this place. Will prefer something newly built with more reasonable price.

Pros: Breakfast good

Cons: Bathroom ~ need to observed safety measure Eg. Door locks, grab bars, slip proof, shower head and basin tap need adjustment. It will be ideal if there are more effort to 'No Smoking' in Rooms.

Cons: The staff (including the reception) can't speak English at all, the brekfast is with Chinese food only. The rooms and the Hotel look quite old and the price I paid for it (100 Eur/nigh) is therefore too much. In Shanghai for the same price you can easily find a much better structure... The right price for it would be max 400 rmb/nigh. This Hotel is definitely looking like a Chinese countryside Hotel.

Cons: First of all, the girl on reception was rude Besides they took 100 dollar deposit and retuned only half of it for nothing. We booked hotel online and payed there also but in the end they took from me double of the price. And it didn’t worth it at all! For this double price hotel should be much better or there should be breakfast included

Pros: Hotel was nice and rooms were ok, location was ok, Shower leaked all over the floor but staff where quick to clean it up. Felt that the staff didn't want to try and communicate with us.

Cons: Staff could not speak English and found it very hard to communicate we had a room on the 16th Floor but you could still hear the airport shuttle bus drivers shouting also we had a very noisy neighbour who was shouting at 7am. Had trouble arranging to get to the airport early in the morning.

Cons: First of all, the driver couldn't find the entrance of the hotel, which was actually placed in a quite hidden place. That was not my first trip to China, so I had some experience already. The location is good if you need to catch a train, but around that area there are many dodgy people. The reception of the was quite rude and rushy, not like a 4 stars hotel should be. The room was small, old and very dirty with some small bugs on the floor. Some toilet facilities, such as the shower, were old and a damaged. What's more, our room had no water for a damage to the pipes. They fixed after one hour, already late night. The breakfast choice was only choice although it was good enough. Awful experience.

Pros: Clean rooms. Good WiFi connection.

Cons: Bad location. Far from main attractions. Staff doesn't talk English. Asian style breakfast only.

Pros: The location was great, very close to most sight seeings and shopping malls.

Cons: Everything was perfect apart from the breakfast. It was meant to be western breakfast but the food was not appertising, it was more of Chinese food than western.

Pros: Easy to find taxi

Cons: The staff cannot communicate in English
