Cons: Couldnt fault anything
6,7 Good
Pros: Modern room. Nice feel to the hotel. Can't comment on location as we didn't explore.
Cons: There seemed to be confusion about the upgraded breakfast I had added on from the upgrade email I recieved the week before. All got sorted in the end. Food at dinner was over priced for what it was. Wasn't overly impressed. Breakfast we had to ask again for our tea and toast which came after our cooked breakfasts arrived. Had to wait to be seated for breakfast as the only staff member seemed to be chatting to the receptionist when we came downstairs and we had to wait along with 4 other guests until he came through.

Cons: The room was a bit too hot for me, I like it quite cool at night.

Cons: Room was small, freezing & noisy. heating was turned off at radiators. No sleep all night as you could hear everything from room above and every time someone moved upstairs the floors were creaking loudly...... the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel unfortunately, was very disappointed.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: The property sits on the edge of Strathclyde Park, near the Theme Park. We visited in winter which allowed limited enjoyment of the walking paths with our dog due to the weather. Each member of staff was very dog friendly. At breakfast there was a choice of hot and cold items - great value for money.
Cons: A buzzer or bell at reception would be a bonus - staff could be busy in kitchen and not be aware of people at reception

Pros: Room comfortable, spacious toilet/shower room, good location and ease of parking
Cons: Crossaints hard and not very nice, also the rolls at breakfast. Beer glasses not clean, bubbles sticking to the sides of the glass and the head disappeared quickly indication a problem with the cleanliness of the glasses.

4,0 Okay
Pros: Bed was comfy room was clean nice hot shower.
Cons: Room 21 is facing a very busy roundabout with constant traffic noice, I think the window isn't very airtight as the room was also freezing. I did wait my opportunity to mention this when checking out as I was expecting the usual 'how was everything?' but they are obviously used to a long list of complaints so the question wasn't asked. As for the included breakfast! It's a very limited continental so add £4 odds for a cooked breakfast and unless you time it right you need to pay extra for your tea or coffee, which is included in your free continental but not your paid cooked breakfast. I usauly drink my tea after breakfast and asked where's the Cups I was told you have to pay at the bar when I queried that tea is free with the continental. I was told the continental was finished! I know shocking!
5,7 Okay
Cons: Restaurant & housekeeping staff friendly. Bar staff particularly unwelcoming and rude

Pros: Staff are amazing and always willing to help. Walking distance to shops and train station - car park on site. Value for money
Cons: Breakfast a little early for holiday makers
5,0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast just ok. Rooms reasonably in space and facilities. Outside building old stone very nice-for my taste-. Private car parking very close,in front of the building, available.
Cons: Two main things: 1) The times for the breakfast is not good,on Saturdays and Sundays when I have gone there is only until 9.00am,quite early,so sometimes I prefer to sleep more and miss the breakfast-in other hotels that I go during the weekends the breakfast is until 10.00-10.30 am. 2) In the rooms there no curtains, there are curtains poles on the top of the windows but strangely no curtains,so when the sun comes in the morning the room is full of light and I woke up earlier that I would like.
