Frankfurt am Main hotels near Main Tower

Pros: Personal attention to guests needs and wishes. Rooms were luxurious, comfortable and well kept, I will come back.

Front desk is a pleasure to deal with....quick, knowledgeable and will do all possible to help every way the can. No lines or wait time checking in or out. Breakfast is fantastic, both assortment and service. The only hotel really to stay in Frankfurt.

Cons: For those expecting massively large reception hall, this is not it. It is a boutique hotel, but what a hotel this is.

Pros: The hotel is extremely nice, definitely on par with places like the Ritz Carlton. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and they do a special rooftop sunrise that was an unexpected addition.

Cons: The only thing that was a bit odd was that the restrooms have only large floating glass doors which don't fully close or lock in any way, so... Let's just say you hear absolutely everything from the toilet in the entire room.

Pros: It was great to stay in this place, during my trip to Europe I stayed in lots of hotels but this was the only one I liked more for the amount I paid.

Pros: Good quality rooms and beds. Basic bar service - according to expectations. Close to subway. Good value for money overall. Excellent choice if you are in Frankfurth for the marathon.

Pros: We wanted to stay one day in Frankfurt to see the museums, and this is a good place to stay for that purpose. The rooms are modern and well equipped. The breakfast is great. The hotel is also relatively inexpensive. The location - across the square from the railway station - makes planning of travel easy.

Cons: The area by the railway station is not the most pleasant in the city. Plenty of beggars around, and not very clean. We felt safe, though.

Cons: I traveled for a business conference and received many gifts including wine, which was very heavy. After business, I wanted to travel for 5 days to Munich, Salzburg and Zurich. I asked the hotel to stow my heavy luggage so I can take a quick easy trip. They refused. I really didn't expect them to refuse! In fact they have a luggage room, it would cost them nothing to store it for 5 days- but, they refused. They said they can store it if I make another reservation. As a result, I had to travel with a very heavy bag that made my travel unnecessarily difficult. I am very disappointed at the lack of simple human understanding from hotel staff. In comparison, every other place I stayed during my travels this time and other times as well were happy to store my luggage for me for a day or a few days - this is standard practice in most hotels and hostels. But not this place. The hotel staff's indifference to my simple request made my travel a *very* difficult and burdensome experience. I will make sure that for next year's conference our company (5 rooms * 5 days = about 6000 euro) we will stay at a different hotel. Staff: you can apologize, but it's a little too late now. Please don't give your money to this unaccommodating hotel.
