All else.
We asked for a room with a view and that was no problem but they said we would most likely hear the traffic. That evening as well as the other three we found out that our room was above a pub wich closed at 0500 with all the noices which follows drunk people going out for a smoke.

Location is perfect for business and tourism. Good Value for Money.
Staff are not so friendly specially in the breakfast area, which is very disappointing in a chain like NH. You don’t feel welcomed, just another customer in the Hotel , not to say you feel they are annoyed by your presence.

This hotel is always our homebased when we visit Frankfurt. Excellent location, near shopping centers, public transportation, postal services , restaurants and cafe's. The hotel is very cleanly kept, staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room and bathroom.
1- In the shower, there should be some fixed handle to be able to enter shower comfortably and get out without being afraid of slipping. As an elderly pair, we found it missing and were a bit afraid of slipping. 2- Because we have visited this hotel so many times before, we have noticed that the morning buffet has been downsized. The way chosen to present products is, in my opinion, a bit strange as, for example, you have to "fish" for tomato pieces out of a glass jar, and this with a spoon...no more fish assortment, very few sweet pastries, very few fruit choices and the staff did not refill plates and bowls once products were out. In addition, there are no sugar-free choices.
