Cons (-) That there was no elevator and the steps were dangerous in the back of the hotel. Didn't feel very safe and it was basic to say the least

Pros (+) I did get a complete refund.
Cons (-) I was distressed to find a cockroach in my room and the uncarpeted floor was so dirty that it only took a few minutes for my grandsons bare feet to get completely filthy!
