Pros:Nothing about my experience at all.Cons:If Enterprise actually had the vehicle or any vehicle that matter for rent. I spent $60 on Ubers to find out after getting to Enterprise...all out of cars...this happened with more than one booking. Plus the cost of all the other UBERS needed because Enterprise is taking reservations for cars they don't have.Reviewed Jun 28 2020

Pros:The staff did an okay job.Cons:I arranged for the car a couple weeks early. I got confirmation as to where and when to pick the vehicle up. A day before, I received best wishes from kayak. Went 20 miles out of my way to pick the vehicle up. It was supposed to be a Cadillac SUV or similar vehicle. When I got to Enterprise it was closed because of the covid-19 problem. A note on the door indicated I shouldn't drive back for 20 miles to a different Enterprise operation. When I got there they didn't know who I was or what vehicle I wanted. They eventually transferred the lease to their business I was able to rent me a vehicle. Instead of the Cadillac SUV I was offered a choice between a Hemi Challenger and a convertible Mustang. Both are nice cars, but neither where what I wanted for the long trip I have planned. After about a two-hour delay, I did get rent the Challenger and went on my trip. All in all it was not a good experience and I will avoid Enterprise in the future.Reviewed May 26 2020

Pros:Car was clean. Ready when I got there. People were friendly and tried to accommodate me but little availableCons:Ordered a standard car which is supposed to have 4 doors. I needed room for luggage to go to airport. Got there and they had a two door Camaro or a Ford 150 truck The Camaro would have been great for just my wife and I but we had a passenger and trunk could only hold one large suitcase. Very hard time getting large heavy suitcase in back seat sandlittle room for passwnget. Not t to hat I sugned up for.Reviewed Dec 24 2018

Do not rent from herePros:Nothing.Cons:On-site staff were hung out to dry by corporate policies, but they did not handle it well with customers. They expressed their frustration as if they were also the customers and not representing the company. The location had no vehicles to rent, despite our reservation indicating the time we would be there to pick up a vehicle (we were also not the only customers in this situation). Competitor’s websites said they had no cars available. Not Enterprise. They had no cars, people waiting in their lobby with reservations in hand, and were still accepting reservations online. We were finally able to get a vehicle and the on-site staff did give a discount—but we wanted a car at the time of our reservation and were willing to pay the already agreed upon price for it. Giving a discount on cost does not put that wasted time back on the clock or get us to the appointment we were 45 minutes late for after this debacle.Reviewed Jan 1 2018
