The car was not inspected for damage at pick up and I had to go back to point out some minor damage.6,0 Okay

Cons:
The car had been broken into previously, there was damage to the driver's side window area so the window didn't seal up properly. One tire was low when i picked it up and the sensor didn't go off until i was about 20 minutes down the road, had to eventually stop and waste my money to fill it up.8,4 Very Good

MY budget experience: I had a car reserved on Dec. 1, 2018. When I was checking in at the counter in MCO, the rep asked for a credit card. I gave him 3 cards, all debit cards. He would not accept because I was from FLORIDA and Budget does not accept Debit cards of FL residences. To me that is a discriminatory policy against FLORIDA residences., Then I offered to pay cash for the rent a car in Orlando, FL, USA . The reply from the representative was "we do not accept cash". The pick-up and return were easy and fast. The attendants were very friendly and helpful. The price was exactly as arranged.Cons:
The car must have ants in the undercarriage. The didn't bite, but were annoying. I almost stopped driving but we were able to keep them away with wipes. We were on a tight schedule on a one-way trip or I would have gone back to exchange it...10,0 Wonderful

We received an email two days before pick up telling us to pick up at the WRONG location. We were directed to a Ford dealer (4th and US 1 Vero Beach.) They told us that Hertz left 2years ago! We had to drive to Vero Airport...a waste of a valuable hour... before had to drive to Palm Beach airport. Terrible! Hertz desk blamed this on the reseller. Someone is to blame and should fix it!4,0 Mediocre

If Enterprise actually had the vehicle or any vehicle that matter for rent. I spent $60 on Ubers to find out after getting to Enterprise...all out of cars...this happened with more than one booking. Plus the cost of all the other UBERS needed because Enterprise is taking reservations for cars they don't have.4,0 Mediocre

I arranged for the car a couple weeks early. I got confirmation as to where and when to pick the vehicle up. A day before, I received best wishes from kayak. Went 20 miles out of my way to pick the vehicle up. It was supposed to be a Cadillac SUV or similar vehicle. When I got to Enterprise it was closed because of the covid-19 problem. A note on the door indicated I shouldn't drive back for 20 miles to a different Enterprise operation. When I got there they didn't know who I was or what vehicle I wanted. They eventually transferred the lease to their business I was able to rent me a vehicle. Instead of the Cadillac SUV I was offered a choice between a Hemi Challenger and a convertible Mustang. Both are nice cars, but neither where what I wanted for the long trip I have planned. After about a two-hour delay, I did get rent the Challenger and went on my trip. All in all it was not a good experience and I will avoid Enterprise in the future.6,0 Okay
