I’ve had a terrible drop off experience. I dropped the car off after hours and my rental is still open 30hours later. I’ve called 3 times for a return confirmation email and still do not have one and everytime I call they tell me that my rental is still open which. I can only talk to someone at the call center. I like the fact that they dont charge for mileage and the van was clean but it rode like a tank ,maybe to much air in the tires and you couldnt open the sliding door on the passenger side and i love the easy return operation.This was my first time and i will rent again from enterprise because they always have vehicle available.Thank youReviewed Oct 17 2023

Pros:Friendly staff.Cons:The vehicle REEKED of cigarette smoke. It also made some sort of odd sound when accelerating or slowing down. Finally, when picking up, I waited five minutes in line, at 10pm, just for a counter person to arrive.Reviewed Sept 29 2020
