Pros:Friendly staff.Cons:The vehicle REEKED of cigarette smoke. It also made some sort of odd sound when accelerating or slowing down. Finally, when picking up, I waited five minutes in line, at 10pm, just for a counter person to arrive.Reviewed Sep 29 2020

Pros:The car was clean and the pick up and drop off process easyCons:I don’t understand why Enterprise won’t let you use a debit card unless you have a booked flight. Everything was great but the returnPros:Arrival was nice with friendly staff.Cons:They told me when I rented the vehicle if I saw any damage. I pointed out the front bumper and they said that is normal wear and tear. When I returned the vehicle the lady hasseled me about the damage to the bumper. I told her what the previous day's representative said and she advised me that was incorrect. She began to hound me for my insurance information. When I asked why she stayed she was going to file a claim. I told her good luck bc the damage is almost underneath the vehicle and the insurance will call it a hazard of the roadway. I told her I purchased the additional insurance anyway. I felt like I had done something wrong and I put fewer than 20 miles on the vehicle. I was only in town for one night to attend a funeral. I will not be renting through Enterprise again. They're already not the cheapest.Reviewed Feb 16 2017

Idiot website and staffCons:Reserved vehicle and paid insurance with visa debit. Went to pick up vehicle, they tell me I need a credit card, which has to be the same card as I reserved the vehicle with. I don't have a credit card. The staff could not offer a solution. Left in the cold completely by the bad design of expectations by kayak and enterprise. Went somewhere else next door and had to pay more to get a car. Never again will I bother. Terrible experiencePros:NothingCons:They could not find my reservation - despite me providing the email confirmation, the confirmation number, and all my personal details. Then, the price of the rental was higher than what my booking was for. The staff were unhelpful, unprofessional, and broadly incompetent. DisappointedPros:The seat had good lumbar support.Cons:My husband and I were scheduled to fly out of Washington DC on Wednesday. Due to a blizzard in Denver we were stuck until the following Monday. So we had to rent a car all the way from D.C. to Colorado. When we rented the car we asked if there was any kind of discount, military SOMETHING for the terrible situation we were in. There was no compassion, no taking care of the customer, nothing. When we got in the car and started driving, we couldn't get the automated speaker to stop announcing the speed limit every few seconds. It was incredibly annoying. When we got back to the rental company in Denver I told them about my experience. Initially, the first person was going to give us a small discount, then the manager came out and said that wasn't going to happen. Wow, don't tell me you can give me a discount and then take it back! We then asked about the tolls we went through and were told that not only did we have to pay the tolls, but we were going to be charged an additional fee for every toll. I was unaware of this! More money we had to spend. I almost feel I could have purchased a cheap junker car for less that would have made it across the country at least to Denver. I tried calling enterprise and was put on hold only to have the call go dead, this happened several times and I gave up. So no I did not have a pleasant experience with Enterprise.
