Pros:The staff was fantastic both at the beginning and at the end of the rental. My husband left his sunglasses in the car and they called within 30 minutes of drop off to tell us. They are fantastic - will definitely rent from them again.Cons:Absolutely nothing. They did an above and beyond service. Cheerful, helpful, didn't pressure us for an upgrade but let us make the decision. Very professional and I couldn't be more pleased with the rental experience.Reviewed Sep 9 2020

Pros:We rented a minivan for a family overnight visit to San Diego.Easy from the start. I was able to park my car at the location which made getting the van and returning SO much easier. Josh was friendly and helpful. Could not have gone better and plan to use them for any car rental needs in the future.Reviewed Jun 12 2019

Pros:Good service, I like happy people.Cons:The office was pretty dirty, leafs and dirt on the floor. It’s the first thing people see when they come so in my opinion it needs some work. Same for when I returned the car, garbage on the ground and stuff you could recycle in the garbage. Cmon people you can do better then that. VeroReviewed Jan 18 2019

No one at the rental deskPros:NothingCons:When I went to pick up my car at at 12:20PM, no one was in the office to help me. To fix this, I abandoned my reservation and rented directly from Budget at the airport. Problem solved.Reviewed Nov 26 2017

This Enterprise is Lame!Pros:The fact they had the Ford Transit 350 van.Cons:I am convinced that they misread (benefit of the doubt) the gas level in because 5/8 of a tank should not take invoke a 40 mile range warning after 70 miles of driving. This is a 25 gallon tank! After adding 8.5 gallons to the tank, we were able to travel another 30 miles to our function and all the way back (over 100 miles) before the van was empty again. The van is suppose to get 14 mpg, I calculate less that is less than 11! My frustration is they don't listen. They appear like they could care less. I will never rent at this Enterprise again. And one final note, add more staff, one should be forced to wait 15 minutes in line to rent or return a vehicle.Reviewed May 3 2017

Truck rentalPros:We loved the Chevy Silverado.Cons:The center seat belt in the back was broken and not disclosed to us. When we got home we loaded the truck to go camping and then started to load the kids into the back seat and discovered the seat belt was broken. We had to change the way we had the passenger situation set up with another vehicle that was going with us which was not expected. When we told this to the rental place they said sorry and that was it. No refund or discounted rate due to the vehicle not being as represented by them.
