Pros:The staff was fantastic both at the beginning and at the end of the rental. My husband left his sunglasses in the car and they called within 30 minutes of drop off to tell us. They are fantastic - will definitely rent from them again.
Cons:Absolutely nothing. They did an above and beyond service. Cheerful, helpful, didn't pressure us for an upgrade but let us make the decision. Very professional and I couldn't be more pleased with the rental experience.

Pros:We rented a minivan for a family overnight visit to San Diego.Easy from the start. I was able to park my car at the location which made getting the van and returning SO much easier. Josh was friendly and helpful. Could not have gone better and plan to use them for any car rental needs in the future.
Cons:Enterprise would not honor your rate. I had to find alternative.

Cons:The office was pretty dirty, leafs and dirt on the floor. It’s the first thing people see when they come so in my opinion it needs some work. Same for when I returned the car, garbage on the ground and stuff you could recycle in the garbage. Cmon people you can do better then that. Vero
Cons:Although I was confirmed for a call at noon, when I arrived at the site, the agent advised that no car would arrive until 1pm and that she could not promise that she could fulfill our rental reserve.

Cons:I had reserved a car at the hotel for the next day. When I went to pickup the car they told me they did not have one because they were sold out. ("busy week") They would not provide me any alternatives. I requested that they taxi or Uber me to the next location and they said they could not do that. Horrible customer service. 2 employees at location but neither could do anything to me. Worst case I would have thought they would provide transportation to another location or drive me. But I received nothing and they really did not even apologize for not having the car available. I will not be renting from Hertz anymore. It was just the only option at this location.

Pros:Drop-off was easy and super low-key. No hassle pick-up. Car was in good condition. Reasonable price.
Cons:Drop-off was intended for Labor Day (Sept 2) but the location (and every other location) was closed. I wasn't aware that I'd be unable to return the vehicle, and have yet to find out if Budget is going to charge us for the extra day despite no heads-up and no alternative drop-off options.
Cons:I called Friday afternoon and reserved a mini van for a 24 hour rental and scheduled a noon pick up on Saturday. I received a call at 10 am on Saturday morning from Budget saying they did not have my vehicle. I called customer service, and they found a rental 1/2 hour away in the opposite direction. After negotiating with C.R., they agreed to give me the van for the same price. But, it was too late to find a ride to pick it up. I was very upset.

Cons:Reserved a car but was notified the day of my rental that there were no cars available. A rep apparently called to let me know AFTER my reservation time had passed but didn't leave a message. Fortunately, I called to make sure my car would be ready, at which point the rep just told me that they didn't have any cars and to call about store and provided no additional assistance. I spent an hour on the phone ensuring that the guaranteed price would be honored at another location and had to speak to 3 different customer service reps (some of whom were rude) and had to cover the cost of travel to another rental location at the last minute.
Pros:Very convenient for me.
Cons:Agent could resolve my reservation amount vs billed amount. I believe AVIS has always handled this if there's a problem.

Pros:They had no cars available when I arrived, they wouldn't call any other branch to see what was available. Your app would not allowed to cancel the reservation so I couldn't look for another rental company. I had to call around and end up paying double of what I wanted. Horrible experience!
