Pros:The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I showed up alone and got quite sick and was shaking. I didn’t think I could drive. The staff spoke to my husband on the phone and got me in a cab and sent me where I needed to go. And then we picked up the car the next day. They were terrific!Reviewed Jan 22 2019

Cons:This office tried to charge $ 700. 00 from me for the one way rent. When I denied to pay such money, they insisted without any arguments. After several involving several managers and long quarrel they agreed to follow price line and kayak price, but anyway charged $ 340.00 more. They are just thieves.Reviewed Aug 5 2018

ended up having to incure extra taxi cab feesPros:the car was available at the designated placeCons:unhappy that the quote was misleading.. as stated above the booking ASKED me about the pickup and dropoff location and then quoted a price but then the extra $50 was assessed for the pickup and dropoff not being the same ! I ended up having to pay for a cab to get to the pickup location and then extra $50 pretty much washed out the 'projected' savingsReviewed Jul 11 2018

Cons:Didn’t have the vehicle available. Arrived at the airport at 4:30 and called for a ride; was told they didn’t have anybody to pick me up and they close at 5 pm. I say okay I will Taxi there, to which he responds that he doesn’t have my vehicle but I can get one tomorrow. I ask if another Enterprise might have a vehicle big enough for 6 people. He calls around and calls back with a sorry. Our hote was an hour and a 1/2 away. Ended up paying 4K for a Suburban from Avis. The reserved minivan was 1200 for our 9 day trip, but that’s a lesson learned.Reviewed Jul 3 2018
