Pros:Personable staff. They took the time to find out this was my 3rd time renting a 15 passenger van with them and we talked about the positives and negatives of that particular model van. Took the time to make sure I was comfortable with where everything is on the van even though it was the 3rd time.Reviewed Jun 17 2018

OKPros:Car was clean and looked nice.Cons:Changing the reservation wasn't an option for a variety of reasons, none of which were clear ahead of time. Location had limited hours. When I called and had a question about how to use the Wifi in the car, the cold response was, "Consult the owners manual. I can't help you." Would have liked the special rate to be at the location 5 minutes from my house instead of just the one 45 minutes away.Reviewed Dec 12 2016
