Employees at the Indianapolis went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met when the car I had rented was delayed. A nice upgrade was their offer along with a free half-tank of gas. After the first leg of my trip, a low tire pressure indicator light came on around 10pm, clearly too late to do anything about it. By morning when I drove to the nearest Enterprise, it was down to 15. Once again, a nice upgrade. From there on out, it was smooth sailing. Thanks, Enterprise.Reviewed Oct 7 2022

Arrived to see a sign on their door stating that the parking lot was going to be blacktopped that afternoon and customers wouldn't be able to leave our personal vehicles on the property. Confirmed this with the clerk inside, who shrugged at me when I asked where I was supposed to leave my car. "Sorry, but you won't be able to park it here". No provisions or alternate arrangements made, just "figure it out". Maybe I could have done that if I'd been called prior to arrival to let me know about the parking situation, but they didn't bother to do that. It's like they didn't even think it would be an issue. This isn't an airport location, so surely some percentage of their customers arrive in personal vehicles that they need to park. I ended having to cancel the reservation and take my own car on the trip; the very thing I was hoping to avoid by renting, as it has no AC or cruise control. Very poor service, and I won't be making another reservation here.Reviewed Sep 20 2022

When I showed up they had no cars available and tried to send me 40 minutes away to get a car. When I tried to go to a more convenient location they said it would cost $150 extra.Reviewed Sep 9 2022

My son had 2 huge bags for school plus a few more smaller bags. The manager in garage offered us a suv that would fit everything. Very nice !!! Our smaller car would not have been able to move furniture either! Thank you!Reviewed Aug 22 2022

Reserved a car in advance. It placed my pickup at the airport. When I called the terminal to confirm I found out they would not accept my debit card at the airport. I modified the reservation for in town pickup. The price almost doubled. I am an Enterprise plus member. I live in Indianapolis and have rented previously. Still wouldn’t accept my debit card.
