Pros:Staff was nice.Cons:The cars weren’t spotless, but that wasn’t a problem for me. We did get have to exchange cars due to a tire issue. We called ahead and discussed it with E-Z Rent-a-Car. They said they made a note on our profile and there would be no problem coming back and exchanging the car. When we got there, they didn’t seem to know what we were talking about and we spend a little longer than necessary due to some confusion about the exchange. Worked out in the end.Reviewed Jan 4 2020

Pros:Easy drop offCons:Car smelled terribly of smoke, super long wait at pickup while the only staff st the desk was chatting with the only customer in front of me, stating “I’m taking my time to see if a car comes in for you”. Cons:They did not have my car available for me when I arrived to pick it up. That is the first time that has ever happened to me in 30 plus years of renting cars. They clearly did not want to upgrade me to a larger vehicle. Eventually my car became available.Reviewed Sep 26 2019

Pros:Nothing after getting the wrong carCons:I chose EZ particularly because they showed and offered a Toyota RAV4 which is the car i use at home and it accommodates my injured hip and knee. Pros:Staff was nice enough, he didn't have any cars to rent people...Cons:Two hours after my reservation they still didn't have a car for me. Isn't the point of a reservation to hold the car? Pros:The car was clean.Cons:We arrived 1.5 hrs early so we tried to pick the car up early. They indicated they did not have our car until our pickup time (which I doubt they turn around cars that fast between rentals) and said we could either wait until our time or get the next model up, for almost twice my reservation cost...Reviewed Mar 25 2019
