Pros: Lovely Victorian hotel, that's been renovated beautifully in public areas. Lovely and warm. No skimping with the heating. Lovely staff, good breakfast, though the porridge on a separate table was missed by many. We changed rooms, first one given was too small. Our new one was a huge family room, overlooking the pier with the sea on two sides, amazing. Very sad they had to close on our last day for Coronavirus.wish them well and will definitely visit once it's safe to do so.
Cons: Nothing. It's a. Old hotel, so some facilities a bit worn out , but are all fine.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing Excellent
7,0 Good
Pros: The property was clean, with a good location, and did the job, you do get what you pay for as it is a good price for what you get and couldn’t really complain for what we payed
Cons: Having said that if I was being picky the rooms were very small, cold and the wind was blowing though the window although it was shut, you can hear every noise in the hotel, the decor is outdated and and the breakfast is average, the people in the room above us were up all hours in the morning and you could hear ever step they took as our light fixture rattled
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room clean and lovely breakfast ans pleasant friendly staff
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: absolutely nothing. a toilet of a hotel.
Cons: nothing worked, door wouldn't open and our stuff was in the room, the shower didn't work, the the tv didn't work, lights looked dangerous and only half of them worked. the room was accessed by the back door of the hotel and by crossing the one car carpark, past the rubbish bins and mating cats, then up the narrow stairs. breakfast is a joke here, they glared at us thro ughout our meal, which was a terrible version of full English served on a tiny pocket sized plate. poorly cooked and almost thrown at you, the waiter couldn't get rid of us quick enough, the toast was mouldy and the tea terrible . we approached the surly looking management to complain but as my romanian is a little rusty we struggled. she seemed to not really care that.nothing worked.and the food was mouldy, blaming the previous guests for.breaking everything . AVOID THIS PLACE ! Without doubt, the worst run hotel i have ever stayed at. will never return here even if it was demolished
7,0 Good
Pros: There weren't any.
Cons: Stair carpet. The design is dangerous as you can't judge the edge of the steps. Only one key per couple.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast room was very well laid out and clean staff excellent very good breakfast . a lot better than when we went last time we paid ten pounds to upgrade to a sea view .this was a bargain because of the problems with corona virus. very good hotel but beware if you book the annex rooms they are very tiny in the hotel grounds. still very clean and cosy but do not pay top price..
Cons: nothing could have been better for this stay.
4,0 Okay
Pros: The staff where very nice.
Cons: Booked a double bed and turned out to be two singles pushed together with hard edges on the mattress so impossible to sleep in the middle of the bed. Not a good nights sleep.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Lots of space in bed room with excellent sea view. Very clean with good basic facilities

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Ross is a great host. The room was very comfy. Parking is also available which is fabulous, and its a good rate at only £5 per night.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Central location and we will be back once the "pandemic" is over. Everybody was really helpful and couldn't do enough for us.
Cons: Nothing to dislike. We felt really sorry for residents because the "pandemic" has meant that no-body was visiting and we can forsee a lot of businesses folding.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly
Cons: Nothing was excellent
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and very helpful
5,0 Okay
Pros: Staff nice welcoming helpful, breakfast good and location good, clean bathroom.
Cons: Scruffy decor, needs a revamp, curtain hanging off rail , no view at all , iffy bed. Not 3 star.
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: Poor. Spend an extra £30 quid and believe me. It'll make all the difference.
4,0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast.
Cons: They said they were dog friendly, but they had no bed, feeding or water bowls, all other hotels we've used had. The bathroom sink took ages to empty, shower was warmish, not hot, room service cleaning wouldn't have happened if we didn't ask for it, and still they left dirty glasses behind. Parking, the hotel said they had parking, which they did, for two cars, for a hotel with a lot of rooms. All in all it seemed a bit sad and run down, wont be stopping there again.

Cons: N/A
8,0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here for new year we had a lovely big room with a gigantic bed and a double bed also, it was very clean and the staff are lovely, the only downfall was the breakfast it was bland. The reception are could do with a facelift and the lift needs fixing.
Cons: Bland breakfast and broken lift.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location
5,0 Okay
Pros: The room was ok and comfortable, good shower, bathroom - so I think when the refurbishment of the corridors and landings are finalised the hotel would be far more comfortable and presentable. Breakfast was good and a good choice. really good attitude with the staff.
Cons: The corridors and passageways are very 'tatty' and in desperate need of completion of refurbishment.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I liked closeness to the sea and two king sized beds, lovely large shower for two. I was on my own, paid for two but on arrival they only charged for one, as my Dad could not fly into the country! Seagulls!
Cons: The hotel is in refurbishment, fittings a bit shabby and lose, but was OK espeacially for the price. My Dad could notcome as they cancelled his flight and they charged me half only whish I was delighted about. Did not eat there, so I cannot judge that aspect. Very friendly and clean and comgirtable though! If on a tight budget, perfect!

Pros: On arrival we discuss that we needed to eat and James provided us with some local knowledge. The beds were comfy and the shower was excellent. On street parking can be found outside the property which is a plus in Llandudno. This is very close to the high street and train station.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: The owners are really really nice. And it’s really near the train station.
Cons: I never been to a place that dirty. The guy who suppose to look for the hostel is a total dumbass. Never nice. Really aggressive when he talk. Not even a welcome on my first day. I never saw him clean or vacuum and there is carpet on every floor. So unhealthy. It’s write breakfast include everywhere but these guy literally scream « No breakfast for you » without any explanation. You can’t sit on your bed just because it’s a child bunk bed and it’s too low. I recommend to the owner (who’s really nice) to fire him and hire a competent one.

7,5 Good
Pros: Lovely setting and spacious and very clean
Cons: It isn’t a dog friendly hotel as we thought, the dog wasn’t allowed in the hotel and as you couldn’t make any food in the cottage as only given two cups and saucers and teaspoon ,no toaster cooker or microwave it meant you had to eat out. We asked if we could have soup and sandwiches sent to the cottage but were told we couldn’t due to the rain.Sadly my wife has asthma and the old setter and chair and cushions were filled with feathers which made it difficult for her.
7,5 Good
Pros: Fantastic location bedroom beautiful
Cons: Settees looked worn and kitchen needed updated tiny TVs in. Both rooms
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything Staff were exceptional and even part off the stay was fantastic. Met all my expectations will visit again soon. Room was amazing and clean best place ro stay in Llandudno
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hall, the furnishings, the views and the gardens were magnificent.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We were fortunate to have the spacious Mostyn suite with huge bed, separate sitting room and 2 bathrooms. It was real luxury. Food was good although quite expensive and everywhere was well maintained. We loved the spa and enjoyed massages and time in the good sized pool often having it to ourselves.
Cons: A small detail we would suggest for improved ambience in the dining room is to provide smoothing background music. This is because there were times when it wasn't very busy and the conversation level was so low that the silence was noticable.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place in great location. Super breakfast and comfy cottage
Cons: We were there on our honey moon, staff were aware but barely got a congratulations from them. Didn’t make us feel very special!
5,0 Okay
Pros: The spa facilities
Cons: The room was £260 per night. Our room had an amazing view of the car park from basement level, truly amazing value not. We’re not able to offer us a table for dinner so we had to travel into Llandudno, very disappointing. We will not be coming back .
