Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, often noting its proximity to the beach and local attractions. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, citing issues such as dirt, mold, and unpleasant odors. Service was also a common concern, with several guests reporting unhelpful or absent staff and poor communication, especially during problems like lack of water. Breakfast offerings frequently disappointed guests, with limited options and unmet expectations. Bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some finding beds adequate or comfortable, but others mentioning old, springy, or sagging mattresses. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in cleanliness, service, and breakfast quality are needed.
