Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access the ferry, bus station, and historic center. The service was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive, with staff members going out of their way to assist guests. Many appreciated the breakfast, noting it was good or delicious, though a few mentioned limited variety. Cleanliness was generally rated positively, with rooms and common areas described as tidy. Some guests also found the beds comfortable, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, there were occasional complaints about bathroom issues, room temperature, and minor maintenance problems, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
