Basic Good CarPros: We upgraded to a larger car that had a nice big trunk to put our luggage. This car also got great gas mileage.Cons: The windshield wipers were horrible and should have been replaced.

Cons: Staff and car both disaster. The car had obviously been in a serious accident and the staff were lazy slow rude and unprofessional the worst experience.

Pros: Nothing.Cons: It was a complete disaster. They were totally unaware of the resevation. They did not have the car we reserved nor did they ever had and for the amount reserved, they only had the cheapest option, a Fiat Uno. They suggested a write a message complaining with Kayak for this situation.

Cons: I hired a golf or similar. Arriving at the car rental I was warned that they do not work with golf or similar and that the website kayak was responsible for the incorrect information. I was provided a nissan versa, car much cheaper than golf.

Cancelled!Pros: I arrived at Hertz and they unfortunately did not find my reservation so I was left with no car. I did not receive any cancellation from Hertz or Kayak and needless to say, this left me in a tough situation in Uruguay it being carnival week. Not impressed at all with Kayak.
