Pros: Everything is nice and smell clean and sanitized specially the corridor carpets. Keep up the good job. Breakfast is good and the staffs are very accomodating. The next time I'll come back for sure I will stay there again.
Cons: There's nothing not to like, that's why we always choose Holiday Inn Express & Suites whenever we travel. Hope that everywhere we go they have one. And continue doing to keep the place pleasant to stay.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: With all the money they spend on renovations they should of invested some money into new beds. Otherwise it was great The pancake machine was all on its own, maybe move it over to where the rest of the breakfast is.
Cons: the bed, to lumpy. Maybe invest in some new mattresses. Pancake machine away from everything else. Move it closer did not even know there was one.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: We didn’t like our experience here at all.
Cons: We arrived at the hotel at 2:15am only to be told they couldn’t find our reservation. 20 mins later they found it. She told us that there was a box fan in the room, and I had been guaranteed one when I had book the room online. It was not in the room. I called the front desk, no one answered. I went to the front desk and found her wandering with a staff of receipts and told her that I indeed did not have a fan in the room as promised. She said she would get to that after she was done handing out the receipts! I told her it’s the middle of the night, we are going to bed now (we had been traveling all day with our four year old) and I need it now. She did get it for us. The rooms cleanliness is not good. One bed, the sheets are covered in hair. Dust everywhere and just not well cleaned at all. We have the box fan on high and can still very clearly hear people above us stomping around at 6am.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was conveniently located for access to the lake and downtown. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was excellent. We didn't notice any hallway or other noise we frequently find in other hotels. Bike availability was a plus.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to everything. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Very clean.
Cons: Price was very high for a Holiday Inn because it was Fourth of July weekend.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Loved the cookies and milk in the evening ! Sitting by the fire pit was wonderful. The Staff was the best !!!! We will refer this lovely hotel to all and plan on staying there again.
Cons: I couldnt say anything negative at all. It was wonderful !
7,1 Good
Cons: Little effort was made to placate the dog in the room next to mine that barked for over an hour! Ordinarily this would not concern me, but it was 2300hrs and the owner had, apparently, gone swimming.... So be aware that this is a dog friendly hotel (nothing wrong with that), and there may very well have been a canine sleeping in your room previously.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great, especially kitchen lady who helped with complimentary lite suppers Mon-Wed nights! That was neat, too. That was a great perk, including a glass of wine or beer and at 7pm, fresh baked cookies...super! This was a vacation with spouse, so
Cons: Desk staff always friendly; facility quiet but after I left I realized I was supposed to get a king bed not two queens.
8,8 Excellent
Cons: It was very disappointing that the breakfast room used disposable plates and cutlery. Very wasteful!!!!!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Cookies and milk before bed
Cons: Too expensive
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Honestly not much made it a “wow” experience ...
Cons: The hotel wasn’t in the heart of the city as advertised, the beds weren’t comfortable, the price was not very good compared to other hotels that offered more and the breakfasts never changed their food items.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Employees were rude everything was not clean people were eating in the pool

Pros: The room itself was very good. The breakfast room and particularly the STAFF at the breakfast room was top notch- high energy, polite etc.
Cons: At check in the recpetionist never got off the phone! She was talking to someone else, made eye contact and motioned me forward, so I handed her my driver's license and credit card and she proceeded to check us in WITHOUT A WORD directly to us. I was unable to ask questions & thought it was very poor service. Other thing I would be aware of is the facility is very hard to find, hidden behind a Shari's. It seem to have no direct entrance nor a big enough sign on a main road. Otherwise convenientbetween two big highways.

Pros: Best thing about this stay was that everything worked and was a very comfortable experience. Staff was courteous and helpful, room was comfortable and breakfast very good.
Cons: Can't think of a thing I didn't like.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and attractive and quiet. Our breakfast was better than a restaurant buffet and the staff did a great job! We forgot an electric toothbrush, and the staff found it. We picked it up at the front desk on our way out of town. We had a great experience and would stay there again.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great staff. Let me check in early
Cons: Not walking distance to town or lake
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect for the freeway. Most of everything you might need (liquor store, pharmacy, car wash, restaurants, etc.) was nearby. The breakfast was buffet style with someone there to make you any kind of egg or omelet your heart desired . . . . really nice. The restaurant was so nice, a lot of the local residents were eating there. The bar was cozy and inviting and for that reason, busy!
Cons: Well, the one night we were there a group of football players from WSU was having a reunion. That made things in the bar and restaurant noisy and crowded. We were hoping for a quiet drink in the bar after a long day of driving.

Pros: Clean and good breakfast
Cons: Far from the city center and expensive

Pros: Unique property and host...we were treated like B&B guests and felt welcomed and cared for! The owner is intelligent and educated. So nice to have a host who isn’t some bored college kid surviving his hours at his 2-3rd job!
Cons: Would have loved a hot tub after long days of hiking and golf
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Customer service was the best I've seen; ever.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The owner was not only accommodating but very friendly, very much the best part of our experience. Rooms where comfy and well cared for. I enjoyed the ROKU setup over the more traditional tv set up. Watched Forged in Iron on Discovery Channel and YouTube. Excellent service.
Cons: Not much. The facility was a little aged, but well cared for.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great
7,0 Good
Pros: Very clean room, super nice staff and very close to freeway but still quiet. Breakfast was cooked to order.
Cons: Noisiest heater ever.
7,1 Good
Pros: Liked friendly manager. Place was clean. Bed was comfortable. It was reasonably quiet (it was a Saturday night and some kids were making noise. That can happen anywhere.)
Cons: The breakfast arrangement was very odd. We had to pre-order our breakfast the night before, and also decide what time we were to come to breakfast. Ok, that wasn't so bad, viva la difference. Its just when we showed up on time, we had to wait a while for our coffee. Everything was served in a very odd manner using our room number. The staff kept shouting our room numbers back and forth to each other even though the food wasn't that far away. The breakfast was no big deal and shouldn't have caused such a commotion. I was wishing we could have just done a self serve, especially for coffee and the very simple cold breakfast we had requested. It was an uncomfortable experience.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Room was clean
Cons: No cable, only Roku which barely worked. Also, manager did not allow my wife and I to eat in our room, we had to eat in the lobby. The owner was preparing our breakfast and did not wash his hands. The yogurt was from a big bowl of yogurt, he cut our bananas with no gloves and had no toaster from bagel, this was the breakfast. To top that He had 2 huge cats sitting on the lobby furniture staring us down. We refused to eat this unsanitary breakfast.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The homemade breakfast was very good, much better than other breakfast included places. Beds and Illows were comfortable. The exterior of the place needs some attention.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The owners are on site and were very friendly and helpful. Location is very walkable to restaurants and downtown CDA
Cons: A little bit of road noise, but not continual.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: What a great stay! Nice clean rooms, friendly and accommodating staff with a personal touch at every turn. Tasty made-to-order breakfast choices and a peaceful little garden/sitting area. Looks like a motel. Acts like a B&B. Thanks hotel employee

Pros: Super clean room with comfortable clean beds. I always lift up the sheets and look at the mattress. I’m terrified of seeing something gross. Our mattresses were as clean as anyone Would expect. In the Asian lady which I think I own’s makes you breakfast in the morning. Pretty cool place I would definitely go back
Cons: I really can’t think of anything. It was better than most places you’d pay at least 60% more for
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, simply furnished, comfortable, and had everything we expect from a nice hotel. Breakfast is made to order fresh (appropriate portion sizes, not over-sized). We will stay again.

7,5 Good
Pros: Good central location Nice restaurant on site
Cons: Bath was across hall- very tiny Dirty mildewed shower curtain
6,0 Good
Pros: Location was great! We were able to just park our car at the inn and walk downtown and all around. Bartender was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed, since the other staff were either hard to find or did not seem to know much.
Cons: The booking.com description for the room said, "This double room features a kitchenware, toaster and bathrobe. A private bathroom is located across the hall from the room." What it should say is the private bathroom is located across the hall from the room and other guests are using that same hall to go to and from their rooms". It was awkward running into people walking in the hall when we just needed to go to the bathroom. We likely wouldn't have chosen that room if we knew what the layout really was. The shower curtain should be replaced--it was dingy and it had dark stains on the bottom. There was mold in the grout of the shower as well. They need to have a full length mirror in the bedroom, rather than just a small one on the table in the room, especially since there was no full length in the bathroom across the hall. Also, no hand towels or paper towels in the kitchenette. On the Greenbrier Inn website (https://www.greenbriarlodging.com/, it says, "A full breakfast is provided on weekends at the Inn and during the week at the restaurant two doors down from this location.". There was only continental breakfast available every morning, so was disappointing
4,0 Okay
Cons: I didn’t know that our bathroom would be across the hall. We ran out of toilet paper and there wasn’t an extra one in the bathroom or the hall closet. The room inclusded a full breakfast but you didn’t have a choice of what to eat.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The continental breakfast was nice. A toaster for the bagels would have been a good idea.
Cons: There were no mugs or glasses in the room. Only one bedside table and only one bedside lamp. The room was on the third floor - a tough hike for seniors. Bathroom, poorly appointed, was across the hall, accessible to other guests. There was a lack of staff to help. No one there to greet you on arrival. On a positive note they did allow us early checkin and the evening bar staff was very friendly.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Cozy and charming.
Cons: None
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The property is lovely and has a really quaint feel that comes across in the photos and doesn't disappoint.
Cons: Room was a bit noisy due to an a/c machine outside on the roof.
6,3 Good
Pros: Location to shops was good. Sat outside on porch for dinner and although dinner was just ok, we liked Michael our waiter. Liked the jazz music they played while we ate.
Cons: No shower in room. Basic breakfast. Didn't clean our room before 2nd night so no new towels and ran out of t paper. Limited street parking.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Unique establishment
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful heritage building, nicely renovated but still retains its charm. Well appointed with lovely antique furniture. Adjoining restaurant served delicious tapas. Great location with a short walk to the beach and McEwen Park. Would definitely return
6,3 Good
Pros: Quaint place and room. Liked sitting and having drinks/ dinner on porch. They played nice music and we liked our waiter Michael.
Cons: No shower In Room, sink on other side of room from bath. They didn't clean our room or bring fresh towels before 2nd night. Restaurant food was just ok. Breakfast is nothing special.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: A large and very clean room with ensuite in an historic house, including a sitting area and bedroom. Welcoming staff and owners, quality restaurant on site - very nice breakfast included (make sure you get a copy of the granola recipe - it is excellent). Bedding and bathroom were very good and provided a comfortable stay a short walk to town or the waterside.
Cons: There is no private parking on site but there is ample parking in the street close to the accommodation - it's a quiet and safe neighbourhood - so this was not really inconvenient.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice older Inn, friendly folks, good coffee in rooms, very accommodating, helped with advice on activities.
Cons: Have to lug suitcases up steps. Minor inconvenience. Could use some suitcase supports.

Pros: Comfortable seating area
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel employee who checked us in was amazing. She was able to assign us two rooms that had adjoining doors. Both rooms were clean.
Cons: The towels should not be stored close to the floor. The doors were open to the room when we got there, I guess it was waiting to be checked by management. Pool was cold and the hot tub was under construction which was disappointing. Dryer took 2 hours.
6,7 Good
Pros: The beds were clean. Room was clean. Food was good.
Cons: Could hear when the neighbors took a shower, when the traffic picked up outside, when the people upstairs were awake. I have stayed at several hotels in my lifetime and for this rate, I expect to sleep soundly with no interruptions.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff at desk and cleaning and breakfast
Cons: 30% increase in price to stay one more day. Next time will move to another motel.
5,0 Okay
Cons: I had a ground floor room along the parking lot. The main curtains were bolted to the ceiling in a way that they could never be closed. Not only did that allow for zero privacy since the room was next to guest parking, it also let in a ton of light.

Pros: Incredible staff! We asked for a pack and play when we booked the room online, and received an immediate email response that it wouldn't be an issue or an additional cost. They even left it in our room with crib sheet. Super friendly and attentive! Breakfast was also pretty good!
Cons: Could have been a bit cleaner, but it's about what you'd expect at a Quality Inn.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and recently updated. There was a large pool to swim laps in and well as a hot tub. There was a small but very functional fitness center. The bed was comfortable and the room was big. There was a couch in the room and it didn’t make the room seem crowded at all. The staff was very friendly.
Cons: We were okay with it, but there is no elevator, so if you need one, you shouldn’t stay here.

Cons: The bathroom Toilet.. So low it was ment for a small child..
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The building is nicely updated, and the beds are extremely comfortable. We slept very well. The entrance to the hotel is very cozy and inviting. They had plenty of coffee and tea choices; as well as two icy cold, drink dispensers, filled with lemonade, and iced tea. Warm chocolate chip cookies in the evening we’re a nice touch as well. I would stay again.
Cons: The air conditioning had a musty smell to it.

Pros: The location wasn’t bad.
Cons: Breakfast was closed when we went to eat. Misunderstanding about the breakfast timing on our end. Their response was indifferent. This room was overpriced for the plain small room. Pros: Location and price
Cons: Nothing
9,0 Excellent
Pros: This was a great little pet-friendly motel -- we are traveling from Seattle to Colorado and so having a comfortable place to stay on the first day was much-needed. It's within walking distance of a little grocery store and a short drive from the main drag and Tubb's Hill, which made for a great little hike with the dog.
Cons: Our only complaint was that although all the rooms are non-smoking, there are chairs/ashtrays right outside the rooms for people to use, so the immediate outside area is still quite smoky.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and comfortable.
6,0 Good
Pros: coffee maker, refrigerater, microwave and bathtub in the room. Everything including the AC and TV worked well.
Cons: It's not in great shape, pretty worn out. Breakfast was minimal but we didn't pay a lot for the room so I guess I should be surprised that there even was one. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros: There was no breakfast, only donuts Thank you for the bath mat
Cons: The shower/tub should have something to hold onto. It looked like a small bar had been torn off and never replaced. The hour switch on the clock jumped from 6 to 8 so it couldn't be set on 7. The sink faucet was very hard to pull on.

Pros: Location , convenience and price.
6,3 Good
Pros: The bed was pretty comfortable, which is very important to me. Everything looked pretty clean.
Cons: When I first entered the room, the air smelled stale and a little like cigarettes. So I opened the windows and kept it open all night. I was a little on the warm side all night, and only discovered in the morning that the air conditioning was off, and turned it on then. The only other thing which would have made it much better would have been a really nice chair to relax and read in, instead of two beds.

Pros: Location., clean, parking easily accessible.
Cons: No exhaust fan in the bathroom so there is mold on the. Bathroom ceiling. Very firm beds

5,8 Okay
Pros: Staff was nice and fast.
Cons: The room was very dated. It was clean but felt dingy. I itched all night from the sheets (think it was the laundry soap used). We bought some water at the sundry shop, paid cash and they still charged us on our bill and refused to remove it. Figured I was on the fence to staying there again. This just pushed me over.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel.
Cons: Our TV volume would go up and down by itself, our door was broken, room and pool was filthy. Pillows were old, bed was uncomfortable. Drain to sink and tub were super slow. My child put his phone on the floor by the window and in the morning it was soaking wet with moisture! Staff was smoking out the front doors and never answered the phone for guest services.

Cons: Nothing i can think of everything was good
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Grandkids had a great time in the pool. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Great value and breakfast was enjoyed by all.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was a decent size and seemed clean and current. And even though the building is only 2 stories, it has an elevator. The building is set back from the street, down a short driveway so that helps reduce traffic noise. On the other hand, it can be difficult to actually see the driveway if you aren't paying attention. Along that driveway, however, is a IHOP that's only steps from the hotel if you don't feel like driving anywhere for a meal.
Cons: My biggest complaint is that it appeared that there is only one ice machine in the entire building, and it is downstairs near the common area where the front desk, pool, gym, and breakfast area is. Also, they could do a better job of keeping close-in parking spaces available for passenger vehicles. During my stay, a very large box truck was parked right at the back door from at least 3 p.m. the day I got there and it hadn't moved by the time I left the next morning. That truck with one driver took up 7 prime parking spaces forcing probably at least 14 people to have to carry luggage further than they should have.

Pros: The themed rooms with their own private hot tubs. Great concept.
Cons: I thought I had locked the deadbolt. Only to find out that the slide mechanism was not installed. As a result another guest walked in on my wife and I. Pros: The view was amazing and the hot tub in the rooms were relaxing and romantic.
Cons: The place is falling apart. The deck feels like it may fall through at any time. The property needs to be cleaned out so you can see the water from all rooms. Pros: My partner and I stayed at Bennett Bay Inn booking our reservations very last minute, twice! But the staff was sooo accommodating, kind and flexible. The rooms are really affordable, clean, spacious and decorated nicely. We had a lot of fun. The lake view is gorgeous and on top of it all they are pet friendly! Which allowed us to bring our awesome fur babies to enjoy our trip just as much as we did and even meet a couple other fido friends. (Also- owner Kelly is great!)
Cons: nothing :)
4,0 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfortable. The caretakers were very friendly, easy to work with.
Cons: Between the hot tub, fan, & AC, the room was too noisy to sleep. Biggest problem is that they put me in a room with wet carpet & a smell, when they had another room available. No phone. No outlets for charging or bedside lamp, leaky ice bucket, no window

Seemingly paid for room with queen bed (as specified in reservation), but only got a full size bed. We had to pay the $76.00 daily room rent, with a $64.00 advertised amount posted on the big sign out front -- woman at sign in wouldn't change the rate because we used a "travel agent".

Cons: Traffic noise, and guest in room above us had a toddler that stomped across the floor until midnight.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: It was a holiday weekend, but for 30 bucks more I could have with me up without a sore back and had more than one pillow. It was not worth what was paid. I should have just either paid the extra 30 bucks for BE or just drove thru.
Cons: The price vs the quality, only two pillows, to get two more required a hike to the office. The noise level coming through the walls.
7,1 Good
Cons: Cost seems to be rising as you get less and less. The sheets are ruff!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful! This is an older property, so don't expect too much. However, the bed linens were in good shape, and the bathroom was large and in good repair. For the time of year, the price was very good. We would have paid at least $50 more for a room at a newer facility in the same location. The room was clean, and that's really what matters most to me. We just needed a place to stay after a concert, so we didn't have to drive home late and tired.
Cons: No coffee in room. Had to go up to the office. Towels are minimal, but they get you dry. If I was staying longer I would have just brought my own bath towel. Rooms are small, but adequate. Floors are not carpeted in ground floor room by the pool. Might be upstairs and away from pool, but I didn't think to ask. Might be chilly on the feet in winter.
4,6 Okay
Cons: For someone who has to live paycheck to paycheck and have to pay $100 to stay in a hotel room that I’m not in for not even 12 hours is way to expensive. Especially when the room doesn’t have shampoo conditioner or any other types of necessities.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: AC in the room
Cons: The rooms could use a microwave or mini fridge
