I'd rate it a 2.5 star, not three star. 3 star needs a lobby, front desk, maybe a bar. But this property is very well maintained, though its of older design. Its really a great value, and I'll stay here again. Wifi was out, I'd call them first before I stayed there to make sure wifi works. TV has VERY limited channels, some of them no audio.

Pros (+) Hotel was inexpensive and clean overall. The location was good, close to downtown. Very pet friendly. The staff was very nice.
Cons (-) The beds could be updated but were still good for a decent nights sleep. LOTS of smokers outside the rooms, but the room itself was clean and smoke free. Luckily we did not have neighbors who smoked, that may have changed this review.

Pros (+) Very Clean. We were there to explore, we weren't there for a fancy hotel. This did it! It was VERY clean. People were friendly, lots of space. Again Clean, for allowing pets I was shocked. Bed was comfy, pillows were soft. Nice appearence inside and out, close to everything. I would HIGHLY suggest staying it, especially at this price.
