Comfortable beds, friendly day time staff
Location, our carpet was dirty and we had to wear shoes in our room, the pool was merky. The night staff told us it was fine but I wasn't taking any chances with our 4 yr old. The ac/ heat unit smelled when on. Went down for a cup of coffee on both evenings and no coffee was brewed. Breakfast eggs tasted powdered
Dirty and loud
Our room was disgusting. It smelled terrible, the bedding was stained, the bathroom had black footprints and hair all over, and we were woken up all through the night with car alarms and people coming and going. The pictures and reviews on this hotel were misleading. If I could give this hotel 0 stars for cleanliness, I would. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Downgrade to Motel. Sketchy environment
The only thing we liked, is that we left.
Lighting was like bug lighting. Dirty environment. No battery in smoke alarm. Battery compartment was open. The feeling was questionable. My child and I were ready to leave as soon as we got there. Not a good place for children. We won't go there again. Because we booked through a 3rd party we were unable to get a refund.
it was close to the freeway, staff was excellent
the driveway to get to the hotel, and it could have been a lot cleaner. Could tell where mold has been painted over
Great place for family
Clean updated room. Clean. Great for the kids. the kids loving making breakfast in the morning and having all the breakfast options.
