Quiet big rooms and good place to stay
Beds are ehh
Bed was soft and comfy and the bathroom was partially updated.
Room was dark, only 1 bulb in a 3 bulb fixture, floors filthy, loveseat was disgusting and missing 2 feet, and there was no secondary lock on the door. Worst part was I got up to take a shower, turned it all the way to hot and the water never warmed up after 15 minutes of running it. I took an ice cold shower at 6am. Then after I finished business I went to the desk to explain the water situation he kept telling me I was wrong and argued with me for 10 minutes that it was impossible. Called me a liar and wouldn't even offer anything for my troubles. I would NEVER recommend this place. I actually pushed the loveseat in front of the door for the fear of someone breaking in.
The owner was very nice and friendly and informative. This location was great for the places I wanted to go. The price was excellent. The first night went very well and I was very impressed with the room. It was spacious and had lots of storage space if someone was staying a longer. Of time. The water got hot quickly in the evening but not as fast in the morning. The heater works great and the bed was very comfortable.
The second night wasn't as good as the first night. The owner was still as pleasant as could be. I had checked out that morning because I didn't know if I would be staying over but when I did decide to stay over I came back to this place because it had worked out so well the first night. He put me in one of the farthest away rooms which discouraged me from coming down for coffee the next morning because it was so far I'm so cold. I couldn't get any heat to come out of the heater all night long so I about froze. I also couldn't get the water to warm up and the floor didn't seem as clean.
Owner went out of his way to help me get to the bus station
Everything was so dirty.
I considered leaving in the middle of the night to be honest.
