9,2 Excellent
Pros: Nice pool and workout area. Healthy breakfast choices. Very clean. Furnishings like new. Comfortable bed/pillows. Great coffee and cookies in the lobby. Super helpful and friendly staff.
Cons: Not the best choices of food near the hotel. Ended up going to Cracker Barrel about 3 miles down the road at a different exit for dinner.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, very clean, good amenities
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Yes the breakfast was bed good just like pillow a little more firm
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I wanted a pool, free breakfast and free parking. The Hampton provided all of these, but so much more. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. There were free milk and cookies at bedtime and take-away breakfast available for those in a hurry.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is always good Room are clean Staff always very pleasant & helpful
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The king room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty decent and there were a lot of food and drink choices.
Cons: The bed was a little stiff and it was one of the more pricey places I stayed on this cross-country trip. There were two elevators and even though the hotel seemed packed, they only had one operating. Also, the fridge in the room didn’t have a freezer, which was a bummer because we were trying to re-freeze our ice packs for our cooler.
6,7 Good
Pros: Will say staff over all were pretty nice and helpful. At check out was told had to work out any price diff with 3rd party booking, not will to resolve, punted issue to some one else.
Cons: Shower water handle had to wait for about 30-45 min to have repaired, was tightened to hard to move, late for meeting with others. This in an ADA room. Moved to another room and rate jacked up with no notice. Did not honor agreed price given original agreement.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: On top of everything being already perfect, they have complimentary beverages in the lobby at all times (coffee, cocoa, and lemon water) and at night they serve fresh cookies and milk. Also, they gave us a card signed by all of the staff for our anniversary ❤️ They are amazing!

6,7 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Nice room. Very nice staff.
Cons: Rooftop bar very noisy. Was rented out to a group party who took up most of the space
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic place to stay. Fantastic staff, great rooftop bar. Room was very nice and very comfortable, highly recommend!
Cons: The price was high, but overall a great experience
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The air-conditioned made a lot of noise. When I notified the staff about it, I was immediately transferred to another room upgraded one. I appreciate that very much. The staff was also was very helpful with information about how to find things I needed in Saint Louis. They were kind and very efficient.
Cons: The coffee spot in the lobby should be improved. Milk should be served all day. It is also too tiny.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location for shows on the Loop, especially The Pageant and Delmar Hall. Rooftop bar with amazing views is an added bonus.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Planning an event in St. Louis? This hotel has facilities measuring 20000 square feet (1858 square meters), including a conference center. Free self parking is available onsite.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The view for all of the 4th of July festivities were outstanding! I love the line of bath products you had in the bathroom. My skin felt so soft after using the shower oil and lotion!
Cons: The price of things were all a little high. For the price of the rooms, I was disappointed how much everything else cost. A glass of wine was more than I have ever spent anywhere. I could have taken an all included trip somewhere for the money we spent on the 2 nights we were there.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The room service staff was always exceptionally friendly. The food was incredible. Fries were perfect. The club sandwich was delicious. Oatmeal with fruit was so good!! And the black coffee was rich and smooth. The hallways are clean and quiet. The rooftop pool was warm enough to swim in during the 50 degree day and the hot tub was fantastic ! We had several staffing members congratulate us on our wedding/honeymoon. We were greeted by name several times. And the room view looked great at night.
Cons: Only concern would be to list the fact that the oatmeal for the room service comes with a bowl of nuts. I do have a severe allergy and would have not had that near my food on delivery from the beginning had I known. I think it would be helpful for future guests to know exactly what is included.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: I liked literally everything else besides the stuff I mentioned that I didn't like. This hotel smells incredible. That detail is noticeable and well received. The pool and Jacuzzi are wonderful. So relaxing. And they even let us swim as late as we wanted, which was dope because we got a late start. Cinder House is one of the best meals of my life. Above expectations.
Cons: Getting into the hotel from the pull up is not exactly easy. And I think for the price of the stay, mini bar should be complimentary to a degree. Skittles shouldn't be $5 and cashews $9. The location is cool, I guess...downtown is sketchy and trashy and the contrast of the hotel from that is strange.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: My daughter and I stayed here and it was perfect. The staff, the facilities, the food. The pool! Heated to the perfect temperature. We actually didn’t leave the hotel our entire stay. We had all meals at the Cinder house and every meal was delicious. Love this hotel and will be back!!!
6,7 Good
Pros: did not have breakfast due to early departure
Cons: restaurant food disappointing, not good value for money 2 out of the 3 steaks not cooked correctly, black beans and rice dry and tasteless, sparse teaspoon of Chimichurri Sauce on short ribs. Butternut squash soup rather sweet lacked basic base flavor, required some spiciness to it. Waiter was polite and pleasant and gave good explanations. Impossible to sleep on the eighth floor due to outside traffic noise during the night Elevator changes to different floors somewhat of an inconvenience. Reception cool for arrival and Departure. No welcome or how was your stay! Somewhat of a let down for a first visit to a Four Seasons
4,6 Okay
Pros: Liked the relaxation at the spa and ambience in hotel.
Cons: Room had dirty q tips, no slippers for one of us so I had request more, broken handle on safe, spa attendants were no where to be found and spa needed attention in many areas. We forgot contact solution and hotel didn’t have any, and didn’t offer a place to purchase any. This was our second time to stay here. The first time we were wowed. This time the hotel felt dirtier and staff not as friendly. For the price paid and the experience we encountered during our 24 hour stay, I don’t know that we will stay here again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was COMPLETE memory foam. All rooms come with a huge tub and a walk in shower. Best hotel for the price. Made for an amazing Valentine’s Day weekend.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The Lounge area was or is special. Especial a great view of the ARCH
Cons: Parking was confusing
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The shuttle to the game
Cons: A pool waiter who took it upon himself to correct us regarding where we were sitting outside! When there were very few people outside!
6,7 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The Price
9,5 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed there before and the staff seemed much better this trip.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Smells good, lovely facility! The spa is amazing.
Cons: The extra charge on room service is unreasonable. The initial desk attendant checking us in was dull and unwelcoming.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was everything and more of what I thought it would be
Cons: The came I ordered was dry
6,7 Good
Pros: A wonderful server Aida who took care of us at breakfast!
Cons: We had no room cleaning during our 2 day stay. I called 4pm after being out all day to say we needed our room clean and to please come at 6 when we would go out for dinner. Emma said they would. Returning at 10, no room cleaning. The housekeeping manager said we would get a room rate reduction, which we did, and breakfast. We were charged for the breakfast. This incident was irritating.

Cons: Did not have a pool
10,0 Excellent

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are very interested in making your stay wonderful.
Cons: The breakfast buffet started later than advertised (lights were out!) and the food was cold.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beds were incredible!! I literally did not want to get out of it !! The staff was soo helpful and courteous! Everything was very clean top notch all the way !! And I consider myself a “hotel snob”
Cons: House keeping was so late in the day we were already back in our room before they came by :( leaky bathroom faucet
7,5 Good
Pros: The room was nice and all of the other staff were very curteous and attentive. We loved the location in St. Louis and the bar area was very festive and fun at night.
Cons: The person checking us into our room was cold, slow, and indifferent. Almost scolding us that we were checking in at 3 pm instead of 4 pm and wanted a king sized bed! It took forever for him to find a room for us, we had to settle for 2 queen beds.☹ We couldn't believe we were at The Ritz and being treated this way!! It was his cold uncaring attitude that bothered us the most.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Engineer at my room very promptly for a couple of minor problems
Cons: Shower water pressure, lighting in bathroom
8,3 Excellent
Cons: I was put on hold over 10 minutes when I called The Ritz. The lady was not friendly on the phone
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone we encountered could not have been more accommodating. Thank you
Cons: Lower overnight parking fees

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Love the "happy hour" in the evening with drinks and food. Right next to the airport for those that need this convenience. Courtesy car on call 24/7. Lacks nothing.
Cons: The location is definitely focused on the airport. The freeway and traffic situation would indicate that it is not well sited for someone just using I70 to get around St Louis, especially at "rush hour". We came here on an assignment to meet a mutual acquaintance from mid-Missouri "half way". High evidence of security implies that the area is a bit sketchy, although we felt no real concern.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Didn't have it there checked out too early but did get coffee!

Cons: I don't like that parking isn't offered for the price we paid. We can get a similar experience with a parking option for cheaper from the pear tree right down the street.

Pros: We typically do not partake of the breakfasts as we are usually on the road very early. The staff was able to give us the room we like as it is close to the elevators although not handicap accessible.
Cons: The facility was completed booked and as such does not have the band width required for everyone traveling with WiFi devices. I was continually knocked off the Internet when using my smartphone and never could get on successfully with my Surface computer. Perhaps additional WiFi operations should be investigated.

Cons: Even discounted, the price was quite high compared to other Hampton Inns.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was plentiful and a good variety. We enjoyed it. There was an ample seating capacity.
Cons: We would have liked a microwave in our room. We didn't know there was one downstairs until it was too late. The stools in the bathroom are very low.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very tasty! I loved that they had coffee/tea right up front when you walk in. The front desk staff was really friendly. Rooms were clean and comfy.
Cons: The only negative and it was remedied the next day was that the pool area floor had hair balls and old band aids on it the first time we went to the pool. The next day it had been all cleaned up.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel. Very helpful staff. Had ice overnight and they put out ice scrapers.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location was good and they had a good breakfast in morning I thought it was a nice touch that they left microwave popcorn in room each day
Cons: No obvious gift shop for little things
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was OK although I didn't go very much - my husband and cousins staying in another room liked it however.
Cons: I fell on the property because there is a large space between the floor and elevator floor and my shoe got caught in that opening and threw me off balance and forward. I injured my knees and asked for extra pillows so I could elevate them and although they promised to deliver 2 or 3 extra pillows to my room on 3 different occasions they never got there. That was the most disappointing part of our stay otherwise we were very happy
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Variety of breakfast options, friendly staff, easy parking
Cons: Thin walls made it easy to hear guests next door
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The morning bfast was good, nice assortment of items. Plenty of free parking. Room was spacious and clean with a mini fridge and coffee station

Pros: Free parking, coffee place next door.
Cons: There was no black breakfast tea available and no milk at the coffee station. Expensive.
6,3 Good
Pros: My kids enjoyed the pool toys that were available. Location was convenient to downtown.
Cons: Air conditioner was very loud and disruptive - couldn't allow it stay on to be less disruptive. Breakfast was overcrowded and underserved.
7,1 Good
Pros: Staff very friendly
Cons: Very noisy- AC and road Uncomfortable beds Poor AC

Pros: the beds were comfy
Cons: cleanliness...floors in the front receiving room were dirty and so with our toilet bowl in our room and quite smelly too.
7,5 Good
Pros: Rooms were nice
Cons: Everything was perfect
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast, clean and nice over all appearance of room and building.
Cons: The pool wasn't heated and the floor around the pool was cracked severally and flaking away. Very disconcerning with kids running around. Also there was a cart of linen of some sort that sat in the hallway outside the elevator. Made it look like a swanky hotel when getting off on floor.
7,5 Good
Pros: They had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa so it housed my family of 5 perfectly. The kitchenette in the room was also a plus.
Cons: That stairways weren’t that convenient.

Pros: Location
Cons: Room smelled Bathroom doors dirty Bathroom too small Breakfast area was too busy, waited in lines for food too long, need to add more fruit choices for breakfast
7,5 Good
Pros: Room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly... day and night.
Cons: The walls seemed a little thin. Could hear kids constantly stomping around on floor above us.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: All of the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to help us. We ended up having a sick child during our stay and the staff brought extra towels and bedding on several occasions. They have a wonderful lobby area that gave us space to hang out as a large group. The breakfast was fantastic and the room was large and comfortable. Highly recommend!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Bed comfortable, room size great.
Cons: Breakfast items slowly or not refilled.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location cannot be beat, but better than that even was the staff- this location is well suited for families, and the entire team was so welcoming to our little ones. With a total of six kids, even at the end of busy days they needed some wind down time- the staff showed us the game closet, and let the kids run off excess energy in the front patio.
Cons: Only complaint would be the floor area by the breakfast zone- it was sticky every day of our visit. Extremely minimal complaint though!
7,5 Good
Cons: When we arrived after 8pm and checked in, they told us they needed to be sure the room was ready. Not ready at 8?! They said they had to do a deep clean. I told them we needed to get our daughter in bed and didn’t care. Then, despite booking a room with a tub specifically, there was no tub. How do you not hold the room of the type I reserved? Also the pictures make the pool look quite a bit larger than it is.

Pros: The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast had more options than a typical hotel breakfast. We liked the smoothies and fresh pressed juices. Also, all of the staff was friendly.
Cons: For the cost of our room, we would have preferred a better view. Our room looked out to the top of the roof and thats basically all we could see. We would have liked to look out into the downtown area or anything other than a rooftop.
9,6 Excellent
Cons: At two Am two drunken people came and were acting not normal. My wife had to go out and had to tell them to quiet down. It took one hour for them to quiet them out. Also there wasn't that much food like other hotels.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Having breakfast available each morning was a bonus. The location was only 10 minutes away from my training site. It was easily accessible and close enough to the attractions that I could enjoy, but far enough away that I did not feel overwhelmed by traffic.
Cons: My television did not work my entire stay. One of the staff was gracious enough to give me a new remote and test it out himself. It still did not work. I was offered to change rooms, but after settling in, I did not feel like moving. I followed up before leaving to make sure a tech would be sent in.

Pros: The staff was so friendly and helped us with all our needs. Plus the free drinks were fantastic!
Cons: A couple hours after check in we found ants everywhere! We ended up having to throw our pizza away because the ants got into it and into our drinks. Also we got charged twice for the $50 refundable deposit. It got fixed but we are lucky we noticed it.

Pros: Front desk staff very nice. We arrived very late so missed the free evening "meal" but were given a coupon for 1/2 off pizza delivery. Breakfast was good. Wish there was real butter for the waffles.

Pros: It was quiet!
7,5 Good
Pros: It wasn't far from downtown or the other things we were doing and the kids enjoyed the pool. It's nice having the throwback snacks and breakfast especially with a family. Saves us time and money.
Cons: Our sink was clogged and we called the front and they said they would have someone would come down and then called later and then we're told no one was able to look at it until morning. Also I wanted to book through Drury's website to get a discount for the St Louis Arch and it said there was only a king room available. When I went to booking.com it had the king and a double room. I needed the double room so I booked it but then I didn't get a discount for the arch.

Pros: Wonderful from stepping inside, movie theater was great, pool was so nice n clean.
Cons: All was good.
7,1 Good
Pros: Nice that they had a movie theater on the premises. Made it a convenient option for an evening activity.
Cons: Staff did not respect my request for privacy despite having a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on my door. Staff knocked incessantly and when I chose to ignore the knocks due to being in the middle business calls, the staff took it upon themselves to just go ahead and enter my room regardless. This happened on more than one occasion and it left me feeling concerned not just for the security of my belongings but for my personal safety (I'm a young female) because their blatant disregard for my request for privacy. On the second occasion that this happened, I had just stepped out of the shower and was starting to get dressed in my bedroom, only to hear the tail end of a faint knock, then to suddenly hear the door open and see a hotel staff member starting to enter the room. When I objected to their presence by yelling in shock, they just backed out of the door and closed it without even saying a word which added to the scariness of it. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior by hotel staff.

Pros: The location is perfect! Mike was in the front desk, he was outstanding!
Cons: I like everything!
7,9 Good
Pros: Clean, pretty rooms. Newly renovated. Good location for our needs.
Cons: Don’t like the charge for valet and self-parking!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Love the Chase because of it's location in St. Louis. Have stayed last two years for an annual college girl friends get together and we get a suite and have all we need if we don't want to leave at all--restaurant, pool, movie theater and Straubs grocery store next door. Just a beautiful place for gathering friends to visit. Lots of shopping nearby and central west end bars and restaurants are close by as well.
Cons: Leaving when the trip was over!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location. Amenities.
Cons: My room had a terrible view but other than that it was great. And there was no mention of the 25.00 cost to park overnight.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: I love this hotel it is beautiful and the pool is wonderful, we have been here many times. We had breakfast at their restaurant and it was great! much improved, Could not say that before. Since Sonesta bought the hotel it is really looking great. Really hope they open the concierge lounge again soon. A home away from home. Seriously disorganized but I am sure the transition is not easy so we will be back and continue to be patrons of this hotel.
Cons: Somehow the two rooms, a double queen and a king. 3 beds I booked were not in their system so I ended up with a king apt for 5 ( way too small) then moved to 6 different rooms till we found a fit. Still just two beds then one room smelled like smoke then the next smelled like someone died in it and then finally we found two rooms after about an hour and a forty minutes of moving around and dragging our bags with three children through the hotel. Then after the first night the room was not cleaned and after not complaining but stating to the manager that this was the case at 5 pm after coming back from the day , then left again only to arrive at 10pm to a room that was still not cleaned.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Convenient on site parking garage.
Cons: Expensive parking garage for self parking, $25/day. I personally dislike this charge unless in an urban city such as New York City or San Francisco.

Pros: Beautiful spacious room Great bed
Cons: No carts available on check in or check out Pillows pretty mushy

Pros: We love this hotel. It’s got such old world charm, while having all the modern amenities. The new remodeled rooms are fantastic. The pool is amazing! And the food was great at both The Preston and the Chase Lounge. It’s our favorite hotel!

Pros: The lobby renovation is wonderful, and the amenities at this hotel are fantastic (pool, multiple restaurants and even a movie cinema). The room was large and comfortable. All the staff I interacted with were terrific. It also in a great area.
Cons: Compared to the updated lobby the room decor was a bit tired, but overall a great hotel for the money.
