Nothing, I picked that one because it offered me a rent for $55 and at the place they charged $80 something. I did not agree to pay that and I made the dreservation here and I don’t like when I’m being offered something and is not that.Cons:

Pros:
It took probably less than 5 minutes to pick up the car. I was greeted as soon as I walked up to the counter and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. The car was a Chevy Impala which was nice, I was hoping for something different since I had rented a Premium class, but they only had one Premium on the lot. The car was comfortable and roomy enough and I was very pleased to get 32mpg on my trip.Cons:
The car had not been cleaned out. There was fast food wrappers and bits of food and crumbs on the back seat.2,0 Poor

Cons:
Vehicle was missing a hub cap. Although the missing hub cap played no part in the ride of the vehicle, appearance is important. Interior had an old type smell. Not fresh.2,0 Poor

It was dirty outside. Their water main was broken so I could overlook that. But their electricity was working so there's no excuse for how dirty the inside was. Not only was it dusty but there was dead grass and dirt on the carpets and pet hair all over. Not to mention the stench in the car. Before we left for our trip I had to stop and buy a car air freshener for it. Not to mention when we dropped it off it was close to 6:00 and when we were telling the manager about all the problems he just said 'yeah yeah, sorry about that. We're closing up now', looked at gas but didn't even look at the car and rushed us out the door . Unbelievable! Never again will Hertz get our business!National
