The car would accelerate on it own, the brakes were bad, and when I called hertz about the rental having issues they wanted me to drive 3 hrs to use another van and cancel part of my vacation. The customer service was sub-par5,6 Fair

The rental agent was very friendly and made sure the car was clean and ready to go. The car was new and drove well, The Cruz got 36 mpg on this mostly highway trip. Very comfortable ride.Cons:
