the car had sensors that went off the entire time seatbelt and forward driving aids my son and i tried everything to get the constant alarm 🚨 to stop headache all day and night on our trip! When i told the lady at the hertz rental she just acted like i put something heavy on the seat must be and made the alarm go off! No big deal that you had to hear alarms constantly while driving in unfamiliar places while trying to navigate you have to listen to extremely loud alarms 🚨 sensors that are messed up!

Pickup and drop off was easy.

Cons:

The car I reserved wasn't available. I was "upgraded" to a larger vehicle, however, the larger vehicle almost had 50,000 miles and was showing some wear.

During pickup they didn't have the car I wanted. For dropoff they charged me a $150 cleaning fee I can't dispute. Will never rent with Dollar again
