Enterprise did not, in fact, have any vehicle for us to rent at the location and were completely unhelpful in remedying the situation. At the desk, they instructed me — the customer — to go on Google to make a new reservation and made me call other locations to see if there were vehicles to rent. So disappointing.

Vehicles need to be ready before customers arrive. The customer service when returning cars could be better. I was passively accused of being responsible for a missing hub cap but the car was given to me in that condition. The vehicle also seemed to need maintenance by the sound it made when driving.
