Cons:
The address given for the pickup of the rental was not a good address. It sent us to a used car dealership that you can drop off or pick up a rental but not actually rent from said location. There is no Agent at that location, just like a sub contractor that transports the rental back and forth. When we arrived to pick up the rental we were met by a gentleman who called the actual rental location to attempt to remedy the situation. This is located at the Williamsport Airport. That agent said we could come there to obtain a rental but it would be at a different price which was 100 dollars more than said website price. There was no sense of making the customer happy or willingness to attempt to come to any form of compromise. So we ended up wasting 3 hours to find what we needed and rented from some where else.8,8 Very Good
