Customer service was great - no issues with the car. It had some minor wear and tear on the outside, but they took note before we drove off. So close to the airport - overall savings was well worth the cost of a Lyft to get there.National

Checking out was great. The manager was very helpful and patient. The car was semi clean, aside from crumbs in the cracks of the steering wheel and ran great! Amazing gas mileage.Cons:
I called customer service because the location I was supposed to drop off the car at was closed. I was transferred four times to different people who I had to repeat my info to. The first and fourth transfer were in the same department so im not sure why the original person said they couldn't help.8,4 Very Good

Nothing. I was told i would not be able to pick up my PREPAID CAR because I used a debit instead of a credit card. Took my money fast enough, but I prepaid to avoid issues and streamline the process, instead it became a nightmare.2,0 Poor

Cons:
At airport, no shuttle to off site rental car place. Called 1-800 # customer service to have them get a hold of somebody at offsite Alamo for a shuttle. Customer service agent did call the offsite place and said nobody was answering left a message with my contact # for them to get a hold of me and I still, to this day, Never received a call. The manager when we picked up the vehicle was extremely helpful. He personally got our vehicle, warmed it up as it was 16 degrees and loaded our luggage for us. He really went above to assist us.Cons:
Alamo needs to correct their automated answering messages as they do not direct customers correctly. Was not able to get to a real person, messages sent you in a circle and then disconnects.9,2 Wonderful

The staff exceeded my expectations...we were late to the mall location and he calmed me down reopened the mall gate for me to enter...and had nothing but kind words to share with me as he obtained a rental car for me...Bravo!Cons:
