Suppose to pick up car at noon….I stood outside in a line of 6…no cars available, (one lady had been waiting since 10AM). The agent said they might have a car for me at 2pm. I had gotten a ride w Lyft to get to Hertz. I went and ate lunch…at 1:58PM I received my vehicle…not fun waiting.

This location is away from the airport and was seriously understaffed. The poor employees were doing the best they could but it definitely led to an increased wait time for me to get my vehicle. Also, this location has no set up for after-hours drop off. I had to return the veh to the airport if I wanted to return it after hours and not pay an extra fee. The cost to return it to a location near Disneyland was going to be over $60.00. Lastly, this address is listed as E South Ave on this site but that’s incorrect. It’s just South Ave. Our Lyft driver’s GPS took us to E South Ave and it’s residential. We checked Yelp and found out it’s just South Ave and had to pay $10.00 more for a second Lyft trip.
