I didn't realize the insurance I purchased on-line wasn't directly through AVIS so they pressured me into buying their insurance. They didn't clearly explain their "E-Toll" feature and they also charged me to refuel the vehicle even though I returned the car with a full tank of gas.6,0 Okay
