Overall no complaints at all. Very clean most staff were very friendly with the exception of a few.
The staff was very nice and worked with us about our problems.
There was trash under the sink and the bathtub drained very slow causing water backup.
Location was good between different places we wanted to visit. Maintenance was quick to fix any issue. Staff was very polite. Hotel was very clean and smelled very good.
One phone in room didn't work and one of the bathrooms needed some repairs done. The website was a little misleading saying every room had a balcony as every room did not.
It's hard to pick one best but I can give a list:The spacious living space, the seating options in the room for configuring business set up, the clean pool area, the jasmine diffuser in the lobby since it's a pet friendly hotel, pet friendly! Clean!

False Advertising. Pd for Lakeview with balcony and once I complained about having neither I was moved to a room with a balcony. Said they had none with Lakeview but didn't give me a partial refund or anything. No Bfast buffet either!Frig leaked on floor.

When I booked I was informed that this was an optimal room size for 5 guests, which is why I booked it however it was not. There was one large king bed and a pull out sofa. The room was more appropriate for 3-4 people.

Bkfst - it took more than 20 minutes to clean up food/liquids spilled on floor; basket containing tea bags was not replenished for days; tables were wiped down but were not cleaned - they were sticky and had food smears on them.
