Cons: "Crew members are a bit bland and lack customer service, but I noticed that as a whole in Australia (slow service/not really interactive or communicative & very quick to make comments and leave) not sure if they just hate Americans based on the media or what. One crew member cut in line at the restroom when there was 3 of us waiting to go. Another told me my husband couldn’t receive his meal because he was napping and then he quickly walked away— Yet i received mine on the flight coming to Australia when my husband asked for me? Sanitation between flights should be more strict-my headphones were opened which lead me to believe my pillow wasn’t changed either, since one had a case and one didn’t."
Cons: "Booked business to get some needed sleep on the red eye as I'm straight into work today. Babies crying disturbed sleep and bags delayed to boot. Unimpressed."
Pros: "The crew was excellent. However the business class seats were terrible. You had to step over a sleeping customer to get out of the seat. There was no place to put anything other than a distant little drawer under the TV. The food choices were the same old chicken and pasta."

Cons: "First of all, it wasn’t British Airways, it was operated by American Airlines. The seats were cramped; just barely enough kneeroom and I’m only 5’10”. There were no monitors on the seat backs and no choice of entertainment, only monitors hanging from the ceiling. I suppose the airline assumes, probably correctly, that these days everybody has their own entertainment on laptop or tablet. The problem here, though, was that there were no charging plugs at the seats, so you’d better have a full battery when you get on and hope it lasts. Of course, I could have just read the inflight magazine, except that my reading light was broken. Food was decent for airline food."

Cons: "Hello I would like to submit a formal complaint. I could not complete early check in yesterday due to website maintenance. I arrived to the LAX airport on time today and due the misdirection of the ticket attendant I wasn’t able to select a seat, which I tried to do online approx 24 hours ahead of time but the site was not working or down. I’m a larger person with spinal impairments and unfortunately I was given a middle seat. This will undoubtedly cause significant pain during and after this long flight. I’m very displeased with this and I would like to request a credit or like compensation for my trouble and suffering. Advance thanks for your understanding. "
