The first room I was given I couldn't access with the key card, the cleaning staff even tried and told me I would have to go back to the front desk. The second room I was given I was able to access, but only after multiple (at least 10 or more) tries with the key card. Bathroom could use an update, possible black mold on the ceiling. Pros (+) Convenient location; comfortable bed; nice size room; nice bathroom; good breakfast; helpful staff. Koodos to Shanna at the desk - she was absolutely wonderful!! Very friendly and bubbly and extremely helpful. One of the best front desk personnel I have ever seen!

Cons (-) Beds were very uncomfortable and not clean. Bathrooms were horrific. I was there for 2 nights for last minute business. The showers wouldn't drain, the handle fell of in shower, toilet was brown and wouldn't properly flush. I avoided the bathroom as much as possible.
