Pros (+) The AC worked.
Cons (-) The room wasn't ready when we arrived after 3, the pillows were like socks stuffed into pillowcases, there was a plastic grocery bag wrapped around the smoke alarm, telling me that there were smokers in the room, no breakfast, pool, or hottub.
