Pros:
Well they said I put a dent in the hood. First off it’s where hood goes down in the corner and it’s bent a little. The only way too notice is from 1 foot away, At three feet u can’t see anything, Then the girl is like u did this n we’re gonna charge u 500, I’m like how could I have down this cuz cuz there no other marks around the location, u can clearly tell when somebody closed that it got caught n bent in that area. Meanwhile I’m arguing with this girl n the next people behind that we’re gonna rent the car did not even see the what I was talking about even from a foot away, They were like omg this is unnoticeable. Meanwhile my flight was leaving in one hour, so I had to go. There are other car rental places in Olympia, WA, So b aware n there is one right before u down the lane to them that I would use instead of them.. Funny part of story was that the girl kept saying it was the roof of the car n it was the hood, I corrected her probably six times. Big difference between hood n roof of a KiaCons:

The staff was friendly but not prepared to handle the volume of customers in the loby. Training was an obvious issue as only in person knew what to do.Cons:
Better trained staff and a cleaner store front. A print machine that prints legibly. I couldn’t varify the rental car return location with my receipt because the rental contract was printed poorly.8,8 Very Good

Peppy little car, wonderful to drive. Straight forward pick up and drop off. Like that we had unlimited miles and economical on gas. We were d going to be charged for an extra day sure being two hours late at drop off, but they got the time wrong on pick up and we were an hour late, and amended invoiceAvis

Warn passengers that their iPhone map may direct them to 1919 5th ave w. Which is a ways from 1919 5th ave. I almost missed drop off because of this- my mistake but probably will happen to others.Cons:

Took over an hour of waiting in line to pick up car as the staff was slow. They rushed through the contract process and we were not informed about additional fees that were charged. Car exterior was not clean. When returning the vehicle additional fees were not explained as well. Will never rent from this location, or from Avis again.10,0 Wonderful
