Pros: Love the location. Was able to get a great meal right across the street at The Session Room. The room was very clean and well arranged. The price was good but it was in December when lower rates are to be expected.
Cons: My only issue was the sofa bed. I ended up sleeping on the floor. I would suggest they add a memory foam topper. I will use this hotel again but will get a room with two beds : )

Pros: The room was great! We had a suite. The kitchen was finished nicely and had a nice bar top to sit at. It was clean and well kept. We had no issues with anything in our room. There was a small drop in stove, nice plates and glasses provided and even a pot to cook with. Very accommodating for all needs!

The first girl to acknowledge me when I approached the counter told me that she was going to have the other employee help me as she was clocking out. We were also not informed when checkout was or what the checkout process consisted of.

Showed him the cockroach it was still alive and on the towel he said get rid of it so threw it in the trash. Told the manager the next day he said he never reported it so I showed him the pic of the cockroach on their towel. He said what did you do with it he said threw it in the trash he said ok. Nothing no apology for the guy shutting the lights out before checking to see if anyone was in the pool and nothing about the cockroach was like oh well happens all the time who cares. For the price I paid I was not happy 2 days $650 only good thing was it was in the old market won’t be staying there again.

Cons: The pool and hot tub area were consumed by a drunk and still actively drinking bachelorette party. These girls had all their bottles scattered around and wouldn't let anyone else in the hot tub. I told the front desk but they didn't do anything. Later that evening approximately 12:30am my family was woke up by the same girls who were being very loud and obnoxious. They were stumbling around in the hallway and banging on walls. I asked them to keep it down because they woke up my toddler. I was cussed out. The hall smelled of vomit. I was unable to get help or answers from the front desk. This is our preferred hotel when we come to Omaha, but I think this experience will direct us to a different location next time.

I asked if all Towneplace Suites had big rooms, because I would stay at one in the future.
Cons: Pool was a bit small for lap swimming and if only a few others were in it, it was crowded. No hot tub--that would have been wonderful--and there is still room on the patio outside the pool area to add one! :) Price was a touch high--I stayed 3 nights and paid somewhere in the mid $400s. ($100/night would have been about right.)

Cons: The bath tub was not flat. Was very unstable and the drain didn't drain so I was in 5 inches of water. Toilet seat had someone else's poop on it. Lucky I bring chlorox wipes. Floor in bathroom was dirty. The carpet in the main area was not swept. Pet hair in my sheets. Desk staff did not look up from their phones when we walked past. At check out they didn't offer anything for the inconveniences and that is why we did not stay for the 4 nights! Will not recommend it!

Pros: Property was very clean. No musty smells in hallways or elevator or bathroom or room. Very roomy bathroom with plenty of room on the vanity for our toiletries and things. Room had a closet that was kind of small but there were a total of five drawers that were good sized. Water was hot in the shower. Towels and bedding were soft, no hard and itchy linens. All staff members we met were very friendly and accommodating. It sits beside the Horseshoe Casino but we didn’t experience any noise coming from the area.
Cons: There was only one thing we thought could use improvement and that is the type of shower head. I wasn’t sure I was getting all the shampoo from my hair because the water pressure was kind of low. Not terrible, just not as I like.
