Guests generally appreciated the hotel's breakfast offerings and its convenient location, which was close to key attractions and the airport. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, though there were several complaints about service inconsistencies and issues with room maintenance. Cleanliness was noted positively in several reviews, but some guests encountered dirty conditions. The parking situation was a major source of frustration, with multiple guests unhappy about fees, lack of security, and limited spaces. Walked in ceiling fell down no heat wouldn’t come on cool was stuck on. Guy check in he didn’t have to pay a fee , I had to pay incidental fee on my card , I asked for receipt and they said they couldn’t give me one because of the third part of billing And I was supposed to get a email with the receipt, but I never did receive it.
