Pros (+) Clean rooms, standard inexpensive hotel.
Cons (-) Fox News was playing 24 hours a day in the lobby. This was also the area with seating for breakfast. It made the whole place feel unwelcoming.

Pros (+) I like the pool, workout room and location of the hotel. The morning breakfasts are good too and the staff is really nice. I stay here every time I have to be in the Council Bluffs/Omaha area...about three times a year.
Cons (-) My only complaint would be that they don't have a small refrigerator in the room. I bring a cooler and they have an ice machine in the lobby...but a fridge in the room would be nice.

Cons (-) One of our bicycles was stolen in the parking lot. Not really the hotel's fault as it was dumb of us to leave it on the car. Nothing really bad for a hotel at this price point so if you want more you'd better pay more.

The room is smaller than typical hotel rooms, but the comfortable queen bed and furniture fit, and there was enough room to walk around the bed. Everything in the room worked perfectly. Pros (+) Our TV was not working and when we called the front desk we were almost immediately given a new room. Appreciated the willingness to help us out so quickly!
Pros (+) The staff was over the top the best! All were very friendly and helpful!
Cons (-) There was something splattered in the shower of undetermined origin. Looked like it might have been blood. There was some type of food stuck on the wall in the room.
Cons (-) Although the Hotel advertises itself as pet friendly ... they charged as $25!!! as an additional fee for having a little puppy with us. Not very pet friendly as far as I'm concerned.
