Pros: The breakfast was very good with a nice variety. The staff was so very friendly, especially in the breakfast area. Constantly restocking everything, clearing plates as we finished and asking how things were. Exceptional service! We had to switch rooms because the thermostat wasn't working in the room reserved for us but they promptly moved us across the hall to the same style room. Very understanding and accommodating. We would stay here again!

8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs. Your brand is usually great for my needs. Additionally the cost is usually fair for the needs of this person.
Cons: One of the reasons I choose the brand is for the hot tub, this was non functioning for the stay and I had no notification of a non function hot tub when the reservation was made. I found the hot tub to be empty with nothing more than a hand written sign at the front desk. Had I known at the time of the reservation I would have stayed at another address.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean room! Breakfast was EXCELLENT! Staff was helpful...will definitely go back!
7,1 Good
Pros: The included breakfast was very, very good. Also, the bathroom was nice and the shower had awesome water pressure.
Cons: No microwave and the breakfast area was rented out so couldn't use the common area one. First thing we saw when we got to our bed was a nasty stain just below the pillows.

Pros: Breakfast was better than I have had in similar hotel chains - a very pleasant surprise. Rooms were clean and facility well maintained.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent variety, everything was very good
Cons: I booked my reservation on line which was not communicated with the hotel. Therefore the young lady did not have my reservation. She handled everything well, even though I could tell she was getting hassled by the company on the other line. This was no fault of hers but seems if this is a frequent problem it should be addressed.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Staff is very protective of the property outside and in. Keep things tidy and are quick to help with anything.
Cons: Hot tub was broken. It was a bummer.
10,0 Excellent

Pros: Convenient to 80. Clean. Friendly staff. Room is old and air conditioner is loud. Someone spilled dirt all over the stairs in the morning and no one cleaned it up, though it wS clean when we arrived.

Cons: They charged me twice and wouldn't fix it
5,4 Okay
Pros: The room and public areas were clean and recently refreshed. Booked at the last minute for a low price so expectations were not very high.
Cons: The bed was pretty uncomfortable. It was either a low quality mattress or an old one. At a minimum, even a relatively inexpensive hotel should have decent bedding. Another minor issue was a bathroom tap that would not turn off without an extra effort. Also, the breakfast selections were well below average. We ended up at the Village Inn across the street.

Pros: Gravy was great, eggs were eatable, nice sausage. Had toast to use with the gravy also instead of just biscuits. It filled a hole early in the morning.
Cons: a couple more flavors of juice, or brewed Ice Tea, we went to a concert and were thirsty the next morning from drinking, ice tea and a couple more drink options would be helpful and larger drink cups. Please do not go with a fountain ice tea, only real tea, also my partner drank the coffee and it was not very good quality according to her. We stopped across the street and get her "real" coffee
10,0 Excellent

Pros: Very easy check in process for a 12:30 late arrival. Ample truck and RV parking.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: When we pulled up it looked a lil run down. (Hubby asked what I booked. My mother said our rooms are on the outside so we would have to walk up to the location.) DON'T judge a book by cover! Great staff, Front desk staff was great to help accommodating our little request. The breakfast is the same everyday but if you are their for less than a day not a big deal. Breakfast was hot meals and cold if you want it. Rooms were great no smell, no stains. bathroom was a good size as well. The pool is bigger than the picture shows.
Cons: the temp of the pool was a little cool. The hot tube was out of order. The door lock to the east door of the hotel didn't looked like it locked? On the floor where we stayed the pool filter room was opened didn't know if it stayed open all day.

Pros: Good close location to the zoo. The pool was really nice and warm. Hot tub was under construction but the pool was good.

Pros: Location
Cons: Wasn’t that clean
7,1 Good
Pros: Did not partake in breakfast, and finding it was not a problem.
Cons: The broke down cars looked alittle scary that were in the lot, there was one with a window broke out and was there when we arrived and when we left the next day, down a little farther in the lot there was another car that had two flat tires and of course that definitely had not been moved. This was on the south side towards the back door by the pool. Getting the lot maintained a little more would really lighten up your curb appeal. I do have to say the room was great and clean and you have a great pool area.
7,5 Good
Pros: I had an accident with another person staying in the same hotel he took my clothes i had washed out of the dryer. Before it was done to put his in there so my clothes was still very wet and the front desk refund my money... So i was very thankful they were very nice about it very friendly people.
Cons: They Are remodeling so all u herd early was the workers working and i kept having card problems where it wouldn't work in the outside door... Also breakfast was ok for a day or so but if u stay there longer is the same thing everyday they need to mix it up with diffrent food.
8,8 Excellent
Cons: Front desk person was frazzled. Either having a bad day or is overworked.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, had to request more clean towels, soap and for the trash to be emptied after our second night of a three night stay.
Cons: No housekeeping for three night stay until we requested it

Featured amenities include express check-out, laundry facilities, and an elevator (lift). Free self parking is available onsite.
4,0 Okay
Pros: The staff, when they were there, were surprisingly very nice and attentive. The price is also cheap (but not cheap enough for what you're getting). Pet friendly without an extra charge.
Cons: DO NOT BOOK WITH CHILDREN, OR IF OTHER OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE. There was not enough staff available, and there's no one manning the desk from 10pm-7am, which is when most of the crime takes place and when people would like to check in/out. I'd like to say that the staff really are nice, but there's just not enough of them so the front desk service takes a very long time (upwards of 30 mins) to get to you. They fired the cleaning staff, so you're responsible for taking your towels down and taking out your trash/cleaning your room/sheets. There's an exuberant amount of drugs going on, and guests there (especially during the times when there are no front desk staff) would brazenly smoke marijuana in the parking lot, in the hallways, and in the elevator (which is very old, very slow, and has no cameras). The place, even in non smoking rooms, has an aroma of marijuana. I'm an 18 year old, 5'11" female rugby player who can bench 240 and even I would not leave my hotel room at night. One night I was coming back to my hotel room and a man followed me off the elevator (where he was making lewd comments directed towards me) and tried to enter my hotel room. Luckily I was able to slam the door, lock it twice, and alert my mother, but others might not be as lucky. If you go out at night, especially between the hours of 11pm-midnight (my mother and I called it the Witching Hour), there's at least two different groups of people in the back of the building doing/dealing drugs. People would even do it outside as early as 9am in the morning. As we were getting ready to check out, at 9am, we saw a couple outside of our window smoking marijuana, but the man rolled their joint ON OUR CAR. There's also scantily clad women waiting for men to pick them up, so prostitution isn't out of the question at this hotel. Men will also follow you and catcall you just from the time you leave the door and enter your car. Not a safe place for a single female, or anyone else. The bathrooms in the rooms are actually very nice, and pretty clean (our shower curtain had mud on it, but otherwise a very clean bathroom). The shower was very nice, I never had a cold shower. The toilets flushed well, and the tap water was drinkable. You have to take your towels downstairs to exchange them for new ones, which is a hassle. Bad laundry facilities and no pool/workout area. The kitchen was pretty nice if you don't want to cook. The refrigerator was large and the microwave worked well, but if you used the two burners your room, and the hallway, would smell like gas/burning. We didn't use the burners, so it wasn't a problem for us. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep at night. The beds here actually caused a sharp pain in between my shoulder blades. Adding on the fact that there was CONSTANT pounding from the people above us and we could hear the man in the room next to us yelling at just about anything, no sleep here. Do not book.

Cons: I put a cash deposit late the night before. Your office needs to be open earler than 9 am if u want to fill rooms 4 one night travlers. No one told me as i gave her my 100 that i couldnt leave until 9. Pls work on that process.
4,5 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Room maintenance, bathroom ceiling above shower was peeling and collapsing, full of mold . Informed f front desk , no other room available.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: The only thing we enjoyed about this place was the location. It was near the casinos and very close to a wonderful restaurant called Tish's
Cons: The shower would not drain, the air conditioner did not cool the room, there were no cooking utensils to accommodate the stove and microwave. There were no complimentary shampoos, conditioners, bodywash etc... I requested a late check out but at 11:10 had staff knocking at my door saying I had to leave . Explained we would be out shortly and the woman on duty decides to let herself into my room with out permission because "she had a key" then demanded we leave or she was calling the cops. The rudest staff I have EVER in my life encountered. I will never recommend this hotel or stay there EVER again. I wanted my money back and they refused, and threaten to call cops again. This place needs major major improvements ASAP!!!

Pros: The staff is always very friendly and always helpful. I have stayed here several different times in the past year and the staff and service are always consistently happy, friendly, and helpful.
Cons: I would have liked to see more than one type of pillow on the king sized bed. 4 standard size pillows just didn't seem to be enough. But I am one of those people that likes to sleep with a lot of pillows.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: We are pre-placed in three different rooms because the rooms were trashed then we were charged a $250 fee on our credit card when we left saying that we smoked in the room when we never did and that we remove screens from the windows that were already missing when we got there I wouldn’t stay in this place ever
Cons: This place is dirty and disgusting and I would never stay there and they try to scam money on your credit card making up false charges

3,1 Mediocre
Cons: Just not well-managed at all. Hotels shouldn't have to go very far to make their customers happy. Just provide the basics of a stay and their well on the way. This had almost none. No coffee maker, no hair drier, no shampoo. Not even anything on the walls to make it appear it was a nice place. The place has a raunchy odor to it too. Pool area needs a lot of work and is rundown. I think they have a sauna but there was a sign saying it was out of order. Can imagine how long that has been. the back door to the hotel doesn't work either. The security access mechanism doesn't work so instead of repairing it they just put up a sign saying it's "Exit Only".

Pros: Close to an Arby's
Cons: Quick overnight after a late concert... paid $10 extra for a non-smoking room and this room had obviously been a smoking room in the past. The guy at the desk made the comment that "they only charge that if you book online." Nice! Bed covers had cigarette burns, furniture had cigarette burns, etc. (I have pictures.) This hotel is not AmericINN... it is American Inn... huge difference in my experience. Had a fresh coat of paint though. Toilet whined after it was flushed until the reservoir slowly was filled... was actually kind of funny in an uncomfortable kind of way. There was a terrible humidity in the room... pillows that were about 2 inches of worn out foam and bed sheets felt almost wet, yuck! Sad thing is when I booked I noticed Motel 6 was the same price and that far from where we were... I am confident the experience would have been a little better there perhaps, maybe I'm wrong)
