Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and found it to offer good value. However, there were significant concerns about cleanliness, especially in bathrooms, with several reports of mold and dirty tubs. When i was booking the room i asked for a hot tub or jaqcuzzi in the room and i paid more than it wouldve been for a deluxe so i thought it was what i wanted. The front desk text me 5 times before i got to the room telling me all i needed to do was contacr them for any reason so i replied with my questions and concern only to be ignored the rest of the night
