Pros (+) Didn't have breakfast
Cons (-) They definitely need in room coffee, and a desk clerk in the morning that is a morning person, not someone who we feel that we woke up. No valet service until 6AM. Not good for us catching an early morning flight out.

Cons (-) No heat, temp in room never went above 61 drgrees. It was freezing. Water was only luke warm. Staff was not helpful. Run down carpets. Bad area.room on roadside, many sirens. Loud.

Pros (+) The staff at Monarch Lounge was awesome—delicious unique cocktails, great decor/atmosphere! The lobby was really nice & elevators though small, were fairly quick. The brunch the next morning was really delicious—apparently they have modified their menu & we enjoyed the taste!
Cons (-) Disappointed with cleanliness of room: dirty walls, ripped edges of washcloth/towels, door jam loose, dirty floorboards. Floors are loud; streets with sirens are loud; but curtains did blackout the light 100%. Would have preferred more functionality: more hooks to hang towels, a floor mat to step on when getting out of shower, mirror in bedroom since bathroom counter was small, makeup mirror didn’...

Pros (+) The hotel is in a great part of town. I also loved the airport pick up service and the friendly staff. I didn't get a chance to try breakfast but it looked good and the coffee was nice and fresh!

Pros (+) I loved this hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable and well appointed. Bathroom was great. Internet was fast and easy to sign onto. Location fantastic. Exercise room had high quality machines and dumbells and kettle weights. Staff super friendly.

Pros (+) Super cool interior decorations in the lobby, lounge and especially the rooms!! Do not miss taking a shower, they are amazing.
Cons (-) Unfortunately their check-in system was down when we got there so we were delayed getting into our room. Also, their valet service is a bit slow. But nothing to not rate it 5 stars overall.

Pros (+) Large, clean rooms, awesome shower, and cool historic feel with modern decorations. Really nice mixed drinks in the room as well. Wife and I loved it and will come back whenever we are in Omaha. Price of Valet is offset by how cheap the room was -- incredible value.
